- Rideshare & Taxis – Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available if you prefer a quick and easy ride.

→ To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.

→ This multi-level property requires 1 step to enter. 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms are located on the 1st floor, while the remaining bedrooms are on the 2nd floor

→ Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 exterior security camera located at the front entrance, facing outwards toward the driveway, a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera located at the back door facing the back door entrance, and a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera is located at the side entrance facing the side door entrance. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion while guests are in residence

→ The pool takes a summer break from heating during the warmer months (May until August). Don’t worry though — the sunshine usually does the trick! If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.





Additional Services:

→ Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $20/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating requires 24 hrs advance notice.

→ The BBQ grill is ready for you to enjoy at no extra cost!

→ We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



Pet Friendly:

→ Bringing a pet? That’s totally fine—just let us know in advance! We allow 2 dogs max (no more than 50lbs.), and it’s $100 per pet per stay. Just please keep them off the beds, furniture, and out of the pool.

→ If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $100 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.
