The place is beautiful and served us very well. The only issue we had is that the TV did not work due to NO power cord. i called the day we arrived but they never resolved the problem.

Room cost was 750. Add on fees was 600 - that wasnt nice. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Neighborhood is extremely sketchy and dirty. very urban and loud. Very low hot water capacity so you have to take quick showers and take turns. Bring your own shampoo and soaps because the stuff they provide is a lot to be desired. Other than that, Host was extremely nice and communicative.

A really beautiful spot. The beds were a little hard and sheets are not the softest but all the finishings were beautiful and clean. The area is central but the street corner did not feel the safest at night. Day time was fine to me. Cute little coffee shop within walking distance. There were some homeless people around and the back alley way is dirty like any big cities I think. Overall, for the price we really enjoyed our stay. The home is large enough to accommodate our large party and our stay was comfortable enough. We would stay again.

The house is amazing. Great amenities, everything is new and clean. Nice deck. Rain showers were great. Having a gated parking spot was huge. Great deli down the street that we ate at every day. The third floor has it's own kitchen which was nifty. Would love to stay there again.

We loved the condo! The views are simply amazing! The views are as good or better than the photos! Upon arrival we were so happy to be able to see the ocean and beach from the door, kitchen, great room, and master suite. The master suite is incredible as well. Most of our vacation is taking in the view and time at the ocean, rooftop pool & hot tub were a nice bonus as well! If we had any improvement ideas, it would be to replace the "non-stick" cookware; that's it; everything else was exceeds expectations! Great Job!

We pulled up to the driveway in the back only for it to be filled with old garbage. So much garbage that the security door couldn't close (read on and you'll see why you really want it to close). we could barely get our car into it. Rats and flys infested it. Trash littered everywhere. It appeared to have been there for quite a while, given the flies and rats. Wife and daughters weren't thrilled.Inside was clean, but smelled like garbage. We turned on the downstairs mini-split A/C unites and they smelled like fragranced garbage.We had zero hot water, and then we went back and saw that there were previous reviews that had problems with the hot water, so this was a known issue that they just don't want to fix. And this wasn't an issue of not having an abundance of hot water, this was zero hot. ice cold that never warmed up from any faucet.Top floor exterior glass door doesn't lock, which is a problem for this neighborhood. I had to call 911 in the middle of the night because of a street fight, and random screaming people, but to the cops credit they showed up pretty quick and dispersed them. Location being across from a liquor store does not help.As soon as daylight came, we left and checked out. Demanded a refund of the remaining nights given the conditions, but you can guess how that's going. Having to handle this with VRBO which is a process.Avoid this one at all cost. Should be de-listed.

We would like to address the points raised to provide clarity. The trash in the garage was left behind by the previous guest. Although the scheduled pickup was delayed, we made sure everything was cleaned and cleared the very next morning. It is important to note that the garage door is separate. There is another door in the backyard to enter the house, which remained securely locked at all times, ensuring the property was fully safe.Regarding the hot water, you reached out to us very late at night. While we couldn't get a maintenance team there at that hour, we sent them first thing the next morning. Upon inspection, our team found that the water heater was in perfect working order, but the main power switch had been turned off. As soon as we switched the power back on, the hot water was fully restored. We also provided troubleshooting steps during your stay to assist. The lock you mentioned was on the 3rd-level exterior door and had been damaged by a previous guest. We made sure to fix this along with all other maintenance points immediately to ensure everything was back in order. Finally, regarding the neighborhood and interior smells, we were not informed of these concerns during the stay. Even when we were in communication with VRBO support regarding your booking, no such issues were mentioned to us. We always strive to fix any problems immediately when they are reported. Your feedback helps us improve, and we have ensured the house is now fully prepared and in top condition for all future stays.
