Modern Farmhouse in Midtown

Comfortable and cozy modern farmhouse with southwestern flair in midtown Tucson is near Reid Park, just minutes from U of A, Saguaro National Park, and Kino Sports Complex. Enjoy the great weather with an outdoor charcoal grill and dining space plus a view of the mountains or get cozy around the fire pit and enjoy the native desert plants. We have high-speed Wi-Fi and two TVs with DISH and streaming apps or enjoy family time with one of our many board games. Your dogs will love the fully fenced yard!

The Space:
The house has a modern farmhouse feel with some quirky southwestern touches. The kitchen is full-sized and has all the necessary amenities to cook and enjoy sharing food. The large TV is great for a movie night in. The private outdoor space is great to let the dogs out or just enjoy the sunshine or bright starry nights in the desert as well as the great mountain views.

Guest Access:
There is enough parking for 3 to 4 cars in the driveway with one spot under the carport for protection from the sun. The neighborhood is friendly and working class with lots of dogs and kids. We are very close to Reid Park where you can enjoy the zoo, walking trails, a dog park and a kid's playground.

Other things to note:
We are near the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base so you are likely to catch an exciting air show in the sky! We try to maintain a green existence with solar power, recycling and local products. Enjoy our high-speed internet if you need to work from the house or view the mountiains from the spacious private back yard.

This was a great stay. Amenities and touches were above and beyond almost every rental I’ve been in. Friendly host. Great WiFi. Very good shower. New clean fridge. Excellent stock in the kitchen. I was blown away when I saw a set of loofa sponges in the bathroom. I have never seen that before, and it was much appreciated. Thanks.

The home was very nice and we enjoyed all the comfort it had to offer. It was close to the area we were visiting near the University and in close proximity to Reid Park. We loved the art/decor and farm house feel of the home, it was a great stay for our short trip.

The cleanliness of this property was astounding. Everything was spotless and smelt great!! The yard was very clean, relaxing, and pet friendly! A Perfect Home Away from Home!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Vrbo! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and filled with cozy touches that made it warm and inviting. The host clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked amenities.One of my favorite things about this stay was the homey atmosphere—it truly felt like a retreat. Whether I was relaxing in the comfortable living area or enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep in the cozy bedroom, everything exceeded my expectations. The location was also perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still being a quiet and restful escape.The host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They made sure I had everything I needed for a seamless stay. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning!

Sweet little house

Kerri was a sweet host and great communicator. Cheap to get into town/city by uber. It was clean and little elements of thoughtfulness. We found it fun to listen to their cds.

Great place to stay for a U of A football Game

Nice little place close to college campus. Great enclosed yard for pets. No issues with furnishings, kitchen, beds, or electronics. Would totally book again!

Fabulous stay with our pups

This was the perfect house for two friends with our two dogs. We were in Tucson for a short trip and the house was perfectly located. The shared areas and bedrooms were perfect. Driveway parking is convenient and we loved the private fenced in yard for early morning reading and play and potty time for the dogs. Can’t wait to come back!

THE BEST OF SEVERAL STAYS IN OTHER TUCSON VRBOS

The neighborhood is not like a resort, by any means. But it is safe. And the place itself is really, really good. Everything is as portrayed, and (in fact) the little house is even better than that. We stayed for a month. We’re hoping to stay longer next time. Convenient to public (free) buses, just a short walk to Reid Park, the Zoo, the UofA baseball park, and the public golf courses. Keri is readily available (they live just behind the house).

Amazing space

From the moment we walked in, you could tell that everything was intentionally designed to give the modern farmhouse look. Everything was very clean, and we love the fact that they were very environmentally conscious. Line, the decorating was very on point, and very tasteful, and made the house very comfortable. The hosts were easy to reach and provided awesome hospitality . I would recommend to anyone looking to be part of a neighborhood in a quiet area with great Mountain View’s and aerial shows from fighter jets!!!

Perfect for us

We wanted to spend a month in Tucson close to grandchildren. This house was perfect for us. About half a mile from Reed Park, the zoo and the golf course yet on a quiet neighborhood street. The house was spotless on check-in and well stocked with an and well stocked with a variety of supplies; and Kerri was instantly responsive to the few questions we had throughout the month. I highly recommend it if you have a need for a Tucson stay.

Beautiful home and thoughtful host!

Kerri has thought of everything! From the beautiful furnishings to the numerous derails in this home it I was a lovey place to stay. The neighborhood is very rough but it was convenient in getting to the Tucson Museum of Art that was a short drive away.

Perfect place for a few nights stay.

Just what our family was looking for. Close to locations we were visiting. Big bonus allowing pets with a side yard. Easy to communicate with the property owner. Would recommend for a quick overnight or two for a small family.

U of A Family Weekend

My husband and I moved to Tucson from Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2020. We had always talked about moving to desert when we retire but the circumstances we found ourselves in made us move up our timeline. During the pandemic and civil unrest, we sold our house and moved our cats to Tucson to open this rental property.

This house is in a typical, working-class neighborhood near Reid Park, near the U of A campus, minutes from the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and centrally located for all kinds of activities.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We designed the house with all the things that are personal to us: art from our travels, items we have accumulated over the years, and things we love to have around us which makes the house feel like a home. We also focused on our guests' comfort with soft sheets, lots of pillows and throw blankets, great Wi-Fi, a large tv, and all the amenities you need to cook. We also made sure to include anything you might need during your stay.
As a fan of airplanes, especially military planes, we get the benefit of having our very own air shows almost every day! We have views of the mountains from the private, fenced-in back yard which includes a fire pit and grill plus a dining space and seating to enjoy the daily sunshine.
