"As Ships Go By" es un excelente alquiler de vacaciones en Metro Detroit, ubicado en Marine City, uno de los principales destinos del sureste de Michigan y el oeste de Ontario. Disfrute de su vista desde su cubierta mientras un desfile de embarcaciones náuticas pasa su amplio refugio de 1900 pies cuadrados y 4 dormitorios. Great Stay

Pete was an amazing host. Pete and his wife were so helpful and gracious and they even took us on a little ride aboard their boat. The place was beautiful and clean and it is a great place to relax. I highly recommend and will definitely return again!!

Making Memories

Loved our stay. Took this short vacation to make memories with my grandchildren. This didn’t disappoint! Beautiful home, lots of ships to watch and the Kennedys could not be nicer people! Highly recommend this property!

Fishing Trip Headquarters

What an awesome stay! The place was just as advertised and the hosts were just as gracious as the reviews indicated. There were 6 of us for a fishing trip and we had everything we needed. Location was great...just south of the MC launch. Sure hope we can duplicate this 4 day stay again. Thanks for the great experience!

Awesome rental

This is a wonderful property. The hosts are gracious and welcoming. If you are a freighter maven like my husband and I, this is the place to be. It's right on the St. Clair River, and you can watch the freighters go by day and night. This is our fourth stay at this location, and we are already planning to go back next year.

Wonderful home on the water

We loved everything about our stay. The home is beautiful and cozy and right on the water. The deck and outside area are lovely and relaxing. Inside is fully furnished with all you need for a great vacation. Pete and Karen are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Overall, I can't say enough about our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Merry time Christmas

A girls' trip to Marine City for their Merry time Christmas day. We love the shops and restaurants in downtown and Pete is a great host. The house is very clean and comfortable. He had it decorated for Christmas which was so appreciated. This is our third stay at this property and would stay again.

Very nice house with gorgeous water view

Very nice clean, big, house with with a great views of the water. We were only two but there was lots of space for a big family to spread out. The owners were very friendly (and so were their dogs!) and available to answer any questions we had. Would love to go again when its warm enough to swim.

Relaxed!

Great place to relax and unwind. Enjoyed watching the ships pass by. Two Eating area inside and outside. Pleanty of room to spread out. Fishing off the dock. We had a wonderful time there. Pete and Karen are so friendly and helpful. Definitely love to go there again. ❤️

Still a great place to stay

We love this property. This was our 3rd year to stay, and we will be back for year 4 next year. It has a wonderful old cottage feel, which reminds me of the cottage I grew up with. The hosts, Pete and Karen, are delightful. Thanks, Pete and Karen! See you next year!

Wonderful stay

Can't say enough about this rental. Easily the cleanest we have stayed in. Location is perfect. Easy access to Marine City and a short hop to Harsens Island. Loved sitting and watching the freighters go by. Pete, the owner, was very friendly as well as his two sweet dogs. Loved the fresh baked cookies when we arrived. We are already discussing when we will return. Thanks for a perfect weekend.

Comfortable. Beautifully and interestingly decorated. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and appliances. Great views of the river and the big ships from first and second floor sunrooms, back deck and the dock out on the water. Grounds and gardens lovely. Convenient location too between Marine City and Harsens Island. WE'LL BE BACK!

Oh my! A dream. The property, the details, the view, and the owners. ❤️

The description of "clean, cozy home" doesn't BEGIN to describe this property and our experience. Every room is decorated with such care to the traveler --there is a touch of home with plenty of places to put your own things. The beds we're incredibly comfortable, and the view was unbelievable. There were little spaces throughout the property to sit, relax, and to take a moment to just breathe. Watching the freighters float by was magic. The yard was immaculate, and the owners were such kindest people I have ever met; we will be back!!
