An Enjoyable 8-Week Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our 8-week stay here. The facilities were very clean and satisfactory and within walking distance to the clubhouse/pool. The large screen TV in the living room area was a plus. We always enjoy the Terra Verde Resort and have been staying in this resort for several years now.

Nice resort property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and spacious with fully equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with property owner. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but we had no problem sleeping. The resort clubhouse and grounds were beautiful, and we enjoyed the large, clean heated pool. We would highly recommend this property!

We would stay here again make sure if you stay you buy all the toiletries paper towels trashbags you will need it had plenty of dishes utensils toaster blender coffee pot etc... well be back!!! Very close to all Disney parks took us no more than 15-20 minutes

Wonderful stay!!!!

My family and I had 07 days of pure fun and comfort at John G.'s house. The owner was always very solicitous and polite, making our stay perfect. The house is large, very well equipped, well located and situated within a very quiet and peaceful Resort. It's our second time in this place and every time we go to the USA we do not think of another place. Congratulations and thank you for everything.

Top notch

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The home is clean and cozy. Jose, the maintenance man was helpful with any issues we had. The resort itself has something for everyone - beautiful pool with tiki bar, basketball, volleyball, tennis, pickle ball, corn hole, shuffle board, ping pong and a great play area for the little ones. This is all available to anyone staying at the resort.

Awesome for our family

The home was clean and the neighborhood was nice. The home was in a wonderful central location for enjoying the theme parks of Orlando. We enjoyed the bedrooms which comfortably slept our family of 8. John was very accommodating and went out of his way to help us with a few unusual things which came up. Our kids loved the pool and the back patio area and this was our favorite area to hang out in.

Nice steying

The house was nice. Short distance to all we needed. We found one dirty dish with some souce on it and the Coffee machine had mold. But no worries we Just cleaned it.

Nice place to stay, close to parks, quiet and family friendly.

The condo was great! We had 8 people in our party. Everyone had their own space so we didn’t feel cramped like we would in a hotel. It was nice having a kitchen for preparing meals for our days at the Disney parks. My only complaint is that we did not have enough towels for 8 people and we had no washcloths. There were also only 3 beach towels which was not enough for us to use at the pool. I would recommend that you make this known to renters so they can bring their own.

family vacation 2023

There was some confusion with check in and the accessing the house upon arrival. There was no grill on premises but a propane gas tank, the resort ammenities were not what expected pool area very small and more of a weighing pool. The garbage pick up was not what was on the pamplet and their were several stray cats and the garbage was drug ouyt every morning so we was picking up garbage everyday and on day of check out could not even properly clean our garbage out because the garbage was still piled up therefore I had to leave the owner a message in regards to this because we had to leave some things for the cleaners becasue we had no way of throwning them out.

Past reviews aren’t true

Check in was a nightmare. I never got the info so I text them and after a long while he texted back and said he had sent info the day before. I text back if I had gotten it I wouldn’t be bothering you. The person at the gate was very nice and the check in office helped with what info I had. Go to the condo and do t have code to door still. So I now call them. He was a little rude and said he had emailed me yesterday. Again I do t have it. Finally gave verbal and sent it. The condo itself was very aged . I’d say it has the original carpet . The master bed room up stairs does have a new bedroom set with was very nice. Very limited supplies I think we only had 4 forks and the towels were stained and very old. The location was great you are buy everything. The pool out the back door was nice. And the community pool and their little bar and bill was wonderful. I had looked at a lot of places before I settled on this one and sadly the reviews and pictures don’t give a accurate picture of this condo.

Some good, some bad

The good: This was our 3rd or 4th stay in Terra Verde (the first in this particular property) and it's a lovely gated community. All of the public areas are well maintained, the pool is especially nice, and the staff is great. John's unit was very clean when we arrived. The pool heat in this unit worked well. The bad: There are only 2 pool towels for 8 people. Lighting in the two twin bedrooms is limited to 1 lamp in each room and it isn't near either bed. Nightstands with reading lamps would be very useful. Furniture and cookware are showing their age - tops of bureaus, end tables, etc. are stained with marred finish, cookware has coating worn off, cookie sheet and pizza pan are too dirty to come clean. John was very slow to provide us with the information we needed to check in. When he didn't respond to emails the day before we arrived we had to call VRBO to get in touch with him. He finally responded to a text at 3:50 the day of check-in (which is at 4:00) with the door code but he never provided us with an address. The very helpful woman who checked us in at the office had to get John on the phone to get the address for us. With past VRBO rentals we received all of the necessary check-in info a week or more in advance of our arrival. Dealing with John was very stressful!

Had a great time. Weather was great.

The home was beautiful. All the convinces of home. The TV in the li ING was so large with crystal clear picture. The pool was the best. Clean, clear, and was wRm from the pool heater. We will request another booking g. Jon, thanks for all your help !

Did the trick

Four dudes on a golf trip so we were not hard to please. Beds, pool, Golf Channel....all major boxes checked for me. A gas BBQ would be a good addition. Our chef made due.

Birthday Weekend

I really enjoyed my stay here for my birthday weekend. It was roomy, clean, close enough to shopping and the pool was a much needed relaxation spot. It was me, my 2 grown young men there for the entire stay. I had family come on my birthday and we enjoyed cake from a local. Everything was wonderful.

Excellent choice!

Rented the property for a weekend getaway to Universal Orlando. This property was close to the park and was very well equipped and even has a pool. Very nice property, would come back.

Decent place for young adults.

I took my young adult family here. The response time and assistance from “John” were great. I have no complaints to add. The property is conveniently located. The neighborhood is clean and peaceful. The club house wings and fries were the best. Family atmosphere at the clubhouse pool. Good vibes. Nice stay.

Girls Trip!

We loved this house! It was perfect for the 6 of us! It was a smooth process to check in and out! Great location near all the fun! We highly recommend this place! Also, ADAMZ TAXI (407) 965-7797 is perfect for getting around town! Super nice and affordable!

Awesome Stay

Besides a bit of miscommunication on my part, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go and definitely just a few steps from the great Tiki Hut and pool. We will be looking forward to staying again.

Girls getaway

Location was perfect. There were a few minor things that should have been taking care - dryer did not work, pool area had wet towels and beer bottles laying around, the front of the unit had garbage on the floor, blinds to the sliding glass door did not work properly. Owner should have included in his description that soap for sinks, garbage bags and toilet paper was not provided. Overall though it was a nice get away.
