Relaxing & Fun!

We had never been to Put-in-bay and we enjoyed our time there immensely - in part thanks to a great condo and pool! We had to have a doorknob repaired and customer service was just fantastic - great communication and the repair was super fast! I also really appreciated the call before the stay and all of the text reminders and helpful hints. Thank you so much for being a great host!

Everything was great. My only knock is that this is the only property that I have stayed at that didn’t have salt & pepper, coffee filters, or basic non-perishable items in the kitchen. Somewhat inconvenient & wasteful to have to purchase those items just to have them thrown away.

Fourth of July

Visited the Island for the Fourth. Condo is near the airport in an area away from all the downtown noise. You can rent a golf cart from the Island Club when you arrive and it is a short drive from the condo to all the area attractions and restaurants.The Condo was very clean and is exactly the way the website pictures look.

Great

Very nice. Took my father for his birthday and invited alil family. We had a amazing time. Perfect all around no complaints except i wish i didn't haft to work and stayed longer

The back deck facing the lake was our favorite gathering spot. Beds were comfortable & linens clean & fresh. The pool was very nice. Warm & lots of places to sit or lay in the sun.- downside: although the floors looked clean, when we went barefoot our feet turned black so they hadn’t been mopped in quite some time so we wore shoes in the condo. Also there was only one hand towel in the kitchen. Could have used a couple more.I would still recommend a stay here - very nice facility!

The balcony overlooking the lake was just beautiful to watch sunrise and enjoy morning coffee!! The condo and property was clean and well maintained. The condo was stocked with all necessary supplies such as linens, towels, kitchen dishes, cups, etc. Convenient location to Miller Ferry, close to town, yet far enough away for some quiet time too. Heat pool very clean with plenty of lounge chairs. Our only comment would be to add a few hooks downstairs for hanging towels to dry... Otherwise We loved it!!!

Great location

Went up for a concert that was hosted at the airport and this location was amazing. Walking distance to the concert and a great view off the porch.

The condo still has the new smell but I was surprised at the condition already. I'm sure these properties are a bear to maintain and keep fresh. The walls are already due to be freshened up. The upstairs bathroom trim already looks dingy and dirty. I knew going into that PIB is a party place and most people are likely disrespectful to the property. I wished there was more seating off the kitchen considering the condo sleeps 10. The property was very strict on noise level which was nice. The hallways and outside property was shockingly dark but I think this is due to mayflys. I would suggest bringing a flashlight to walk outside at night. The view is beautiful and the table and chairs outside is nice. Overall I would recommend this property to stay at and also rent your golf carts from.

Great place for a short trip!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party! All in all was a great place to stay, only a mile from all the bars and it was very convenient to be able to rent golf carts from there. There were some minor plumbing issues in our upstairs bathroom however it was fixed within a few hours. It was a great place to hold 7 girls!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Waterfront Condo #110 but never got to use what should have been an amazing outdoor area. Upon arrival the deck was filthy and infested with spiders. They were everywhere. We called and after two inquiries someone came to clean the deck but not deal with the spiders. The condo also had spiders everywhere. We killed 10 in three days inside. Two of the three of us are terrified of spiders so it was disappointing especially for the money. The condo had spider webs in corners on fans and lights as well. Overall the condo was worn down and not clean. The shower curtain looked dirty. The coffee pot lid was half missing. The condo needs a refresh and if you are going to rent it out clean it right before. I’ve never said this in a review but I would not go back. This is too expensive to feel dirty and terrified the whole time.

Great Location and Property Amenities

This property was great for my family and inlaws. Having 3 bedrooms downstairs and our own bathroom allowed my inlaws to have their own space upstairs and the balcony over looking the lake was amazing. There were plenty of dishes for breakfast and condo was adequately appointed. Pool was nice to have in the afternoons and the condo was an easy 5 minute golf cart ride to downtown and many parks around the island. There was a coffee shop within a 5 minute walk which was nice also!

Nice condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and clean. The only thing I would say is there was not enough cooking utensils or pots and pans. So if you plan on cooking you might want to bring things like that. But ask for the condo it was clean there was bedding and towels, And it had a great view. The pool was really clean as well.

View!

Great balcony views and size and a great place to gather for meals while having full on perfect view of lake. AC temp worked perfectly. When needed cookware or anything we could call and it was sent. Pool is nice and clean. Sunrise and sunset were beautiful on balcony.
