Playa Turquesa - B-201 - Premier con vista al mar frente al mar

Excelente condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el segundo piso, con balcón de gran tamaño para disfrutar de comidas al aire libre, o simplemente relajarse todo el día en las tumbonas, con una vista en línea recta hacia el océano.
Este condominio ha cambiado de manos recientemente. Es luminoso, espacioso y muy bien amueblado. Cocina extremadamente bien equipada, con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, incluido lavavajillas.
El dormitorio principal se completa con baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje.
El segundo dormitorio alberga una reina y una cama de día doble de tamaño completo si es necesario para un huésped adicional o un niño. La entrada sin llave a la puerta elimina el estrés de perder las llaves.
Este condominio será un firme favorito entre nuestros huéspedes.
El servicio de limpieza no está incluido en el precio del alquiler.
Pero podemos ofrecerle un servicio de limpieza con nuestro empleado de confianza por la cantidad de días que desee durante su estadía, organizados de antemano para incluirlos en nuestra apretada agenda

Amazing condo, lovely locals

My family of 3 stayed in this condo, and it was perfect for our needs. Liz was absolutely amazing and made sure all of our questions and needs were met. The locals are the most amazing happy people. There are tons of restaurants all within walking distance. The condo itself is nicely furnished with everything you need. The master bed is a little hard for my peraonal liking, but still slept really good. The only quirk we had issues with is the master bathroom. The way the shower is set up, water gets everywhere! But an extra towel layed down fixed that. The complex itself is really well maintained. There is security at all times, and we never felt unsafe. The pools are all well kept and super big. The restaurant down on the beach is convenient and yummy. We did have a lot of seaweed while we were there, but of course that is no ones fault. The staff did try to keep it cleaned up as best they could. Overall, i strongly recommend! We had the most relaxing vacation of pur lives! We did not want to leave it.

Our stay was amazing. The property was gorgeous, the beach was one of the best beaches we've ever seen and I can honestly say Liz (who handles the condos) was even more amazing in person than with contact over the phone. Not only did she get directly back to me after every message but she went above and beyond by scheduling our Uber rides and answering every question. She is the nicest, busiest, woman I've ever met, making it all look so easy. This was our favorite vacation so far and we would book these rentals again in a heart beat!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was big and beautiful and exactly as pictured. The balcony is enormous with a new grill and comfortable furniture. The property is secured with very easy beach access, including beach chairs for the complex. Liz is amazing and set us up with taxis to and from the airport, gave us a contact for an excursion, and quickly responded to any questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to others.

Nothing Short of Perfect!! Again!!

My wife, son, and I came back to Playa Turquesa this year to stay for an entire month once again with Liz. Our first experience with Liz was astounding so we would not even consider staying with anyone else. This time around was even better than the first time if that could even be possible. If you have never stayed in a condo hosted by Liz you absolutely need to! My wife and I have been traveling for years, and we have come across some amazing host, but absolutely none better than Liz. She is there for everything when you need her. If there is even the slightest issue she takes care of it within the hour, and she is just a great gal to have in your corner while you are renting in another country away from home. From the pickup at the airport, to the arrival at the condo, during the stay, and the ride back to the airport Liz takes every possible worry you could have and tosses it away for you. I have never traveled anyplace and felt as safe and informed as we do when we are with Liz! The condo itself was beautiful, very nicely equipped, had everything you could need for those days where you just want to save a few bucks and cook at home. Beds were super comfortable, there are about 15 restaurants within a 7 minutes walking distance (most within 3 mins), and shopping for groceries is only a 12 minute ride with Uber which only cost us $5 to do each way. We will stay with Liz again and again and only with Liz! I simply just cannot say enough about the value she brings!!

Liz is amazing!!

From check in to check out process Liz is amazing. She made us feel right at home and stayed in contact our entire trip. We had an issue with a shower and she was there within an hr with a plumber to fix the problem. This rental is just like the images. You won't regret staying here.

Excellent experience!

My family and I had a great time in Punta Cana thanks to the wonderful state of the condo and Liz's professional help. Liz made the entire process of arrival and departure run as smooth as possible. She ordered us a taxi for as soon as we got off the plane, offered us all the help we could need, informed us on where to get food and how to get around, and even extended our checkout time free of charge. We couldn't be more thankful. As for the condo itself, it was clean to the highest degree, great location, and included everything a family could need. From towels to water to cleaning supplies and more. My family had a great experience and we couldn't recommend it more.

Punta Cana get away

We were so pleased with our stay! We had nothing but a positive experience from communicating with Liz to the comfortable home away from home for a week! Everything was comfortable and well kept. We enjoyed coffee in morning or drinks in evening on the beautiful patio. Liz was quick to reply whenever we had a question about the area or excursions and Freddy was a pleasure to ride with from airport pick up to anywhere else we needed a ride. Many dining choices a short walk away and they had some great recommendations and information on the area at the condo. We were pleased to not be at a big resort we had everything we needed to have a great trip!

Perfect getaway in Punta Cana

The condo was just a pictured on VRBO and absolutely perfect for a week of relaxation. The entire property was gorgeous, from the pools to the beach. Everything was so well maintained and the staff absolutely fantastic. The area outside the condo area was full of local restaurants and shops, everything you need and so much fun to see and explore or enjoy a casual walk in the evening. Security was ever present but unobtrusive and we saw zero problems. Liz was incredible. She was in frequent contact with us prior to our arrival, helped arrange transportation, and made everything seamless. The condo, Liz, and DR have already made us begin planning our return trip!

Awesome stay!

What a great property and awesome host! We loved our stay and had a amazing time. The condo was perfect and was fully stocked with more than we needed including tons of kitchen necessities, new furniture, and lots of towels and bedding. Liz is a great property host and was so very helpful. The complex that the unit is in is well kept and provides a great low-key and safe environment. Looking forward to our next visit!

Fist time in a condo and love it!

At our arrival we were amaze at the condition of the condo B201 “clean, spacious, well maintain” same comfort or even better that home. The condo has a larger balcony with lovely lounging furniture a barbeque and has a fantastic ocean view. The complex is very secure and safe, the gardeners do and excellent keeping the ground emasculate and the entire work force are very friendly. No last by not lease our rep: Liz was just exceptional for the first e-mail sent to inquire about the condo to the last day of our vacation Liz was very easy to contact and always willing to help. Beautiful 2 bedroom condo - B201

B 201 at Playa Turquesa was fantastic, beautifully furnished and decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The location, view, nearby shopping and restaurants were excellent - we would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and relatives. Manager Liz Borges Cabrera is the best and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect!

Amazing stay at Playa Turquesa

We stayed in B201 the week between Christmas and New Years - and we loved it! The apartment itself seemed brand new - it was well-equipped and spacious. And Liz was very helpful and accommodating. When we first got there, the power was turned off - for unknown reasons... She spent the entire afternoon dealing with the utility company - I'm sure it was no easy task - and she managed to resolve the problem within a few hours. She also arranged for our taxis to and from the airport. The complex is great - in our opinion so much better than staying at one of the all inclusives.... You are literally steps to the market, the bakery, the gym, tons of really good restaurants, and of course the lovely beach and the large swimming pools. The beach is really nice - not the best beach you'll find in the Caribbean - but it's definitely a lot of fun - Every water sport you can imagine is right there - parasailing, tubing, snorkeling, a pirate ship, all kinds or things to do for not a lot of money... It's not one of those quiet isolated beaches, but also not overwhelmingly crowded - we could easily get beach chairs at any time of day - and this was the busiest time of the year - so it's probably usually much quieter. Another plus is that you definitely do not need to rent a car - for day trips you can easily get a taxi to take you. We hope to come back and would definitely stay in this complex - and this unit - again!

A fabulous apartment with a sea view.

I can’t recommend highly enough. Greeted warmly, and properly looked after, by Liz. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The complex is ideally situated for the beach, restaurants and shops. Taxis are readily available for travelling further afield. I will definitely be back. No complaints.

Fabulous Ocean view Condo

This is our fourth time renting with Punta Cana Beach Rental (Liz) and we loved it! The condo was well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The condo is located close to the beach, pools, and nearby restaurants. The best thing about renting with Punta Cana Beach Rental is that Liz will arrange anything that you need during your stay and will promptly reply to any questions or requests. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect location, clean with amazing views!

My husband & I just spent a week Punta Cana staying at the Playa Turquesa. We've vacationed in Punta Cana a few times now & loved it, but we decided to stay at a condo rather than an All Inclusive. Play Turquesa is definitely home away from home. Thanks to Liz (Property Management Rep) she was great, always available & very informative. Located right on the beach, close to many amazing restaurants, bars groceries etc. All attractions are at your finger tips, Pirate ship was a lot of fun. The condo we stayed in (B201) was very clean & fully equipped & has beautiful views of the pools & the ocean. Their WIFi was great to have too! We'll definitely go back with our family Toronto Ontario
