Guest access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire garden-level unit—including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry area, and private backyard. You’ll also have a dedicated parking space labeled “Suite B” for easy arrival and peace of mind.

Access is simple:
1.) Park in the dedicated parking space
2.) Walk down the exterior steps to the garden level
3.) Use your private door entry (no shared spaces)

Other things to note:
✔ Stairs are required to access the lower-level suite
✔ Professionally cleaned before every stay
✔ No parties, smoking, or unauthorized guests ( all guests must be included in the reservation)
✔ Dogs allowed with owner approval
✔ Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
✔ Self-check-in access using digital keypad.
✔ If there is evidence of smoking in or outside of the property, $400 fee applies.
✔ Pre-arrival form & ID upload required upon booking
