Beautiful 3BR/2BA home 10 mins from SFO
Welcome to your home away from home while visiting the Bay Area. The 2800 sq ft home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, two dining areas and outdoor patios to enjoy the beautiful weather.
The home has three large size bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, television, ensuite bathroom and has double doors that open to a small patio.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, television and double doors that open for some fresh air.
The third bedroom has two twin beds, perfect if traveling with children.
The hall bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo.
There are two dining areas. A dining table that seats eight people and a dining area next to the kitchen that seats four people. There is a seating area and television in the kitchen area.
The kitchen has everything you need for a full meal, cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. There is also a full size washer and dryer available for guests.
The outdoor patio area has furniture and a place to relax.
For bookings longer than 30 nights guests are required to sign a lease separate from Airbnb. There is also a $300 Management Fee that will be collected for stays over 30 nights to cover any overage on utilities. Utilities are covered up to $150 per month, the Management Fee covers anything over that $150 per month. If utilities stay under $150 per month, the Management Fee will be refunded at the end of your stay.
Guests have access to the whole house. There will be a couple closets and the garage that are not accessible to guests.
I have a property management company that is available for any questions or emergencies.
- No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
- Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 7am
- No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
- Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- One dog under 30 pounds allowed with fee
- Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
- Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
- Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...)
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
- On check-out, please be sure to lock the door.
- During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. Recommend wearing layers.
- Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Be sure to turn off lights and heat when you are leaving. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy.
- Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the apartment during your stay. If you need something delivered to you, there are mail centers in the area that can receive and hold packages for you. We are not responsible for any packages delivered, before, during or after your stay.
- Must be 21 or older to book the home
- No guns, firearms or any weapons allowed
- Bookings 30+ nights a lease is required to be signed
