Escondido en un vecindario tranquilo, esta impresionante casa moderna de tres dormitorios, tres y medio baños, tiene todo sin nada de sobra. Nuevo, elegante, moderno y ecléctico viene a la mente. Amplio plano de planta abierto con dos salas de estar, cocina completamente equipada, barra de desayuno y comedor para seis. Cada habitación (dos reyes, una reina) está equipada con camas cómodas, vestidores, televisión inteligente grande y baño completo con duchas. Los jardines tropicales recuerdan a un complejo de lujo. Piscina climatizada contemporánea y spa adjunto con vistas al canal, un muelle para practicar kayak, muchas áreas para sentarse y tumbonas, así como una parrilla de gas y restaurantes para ocho. ¡Las puestas de sol no se pueden perder aquí en Avenue One!

There are many great things to say about this house. The cleanliness, the decor, the kitchen equipped with high end appliances and top notch cookware, serving dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. Nicely appointed, tastefully decorated rooms. Open floor plan. Spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Lots of towels for both the pool and bathrooms. The pool is incredible. Just beautiful and heated perfectly. Great spa. Plenty of seating around the pool. Gas grill. The location on the canal is so scenic. Highly responsive property management. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Definitely would return. Just a beautiful property. Best we have stayed in on VRBO.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as described. Clean and modern. I loved the extra fridge and each of my family members had their own room with en-suite bathroom. Walk in closets were huge. Also enjoyed the extras in toiletries and kitchen supplies. They were fully stocked with laundry detergent, sunscreen, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. For my family of 5 this was a game changer. Will stay here again!

A FAB place to stay!

The house, the amenities and the warm welcome from Fort Lauderdale Stays exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect for us as we were visiting our brother who only lives 10 min away. He and his wife dropped by a few times and they also LOVED the house. It’s maybe not the prettiest neighborhood of Ft. Lauderdale but nice enough, especially out to the waterfront. We felt right at home and the house inside and out was very well maintained, clean and super equipped with all possible amenities. My sister had rented before in Cape Coral but this was much better she said. We would DEFINITELY book this place again or another location with Ft. Lauderdale Stays. THANKS for a great holiday.

Ft Lauderdale Stay

Previously, we have always stayed in hotels when we come to Ft Lauderdale, but this time we chose this home on VRBO, and can not have been more thrilled with this property!!! From the moment we walked in - to the A/C turned down, lamps all lit, and music softly playing in the backgroung.... we were blown away! The property was amazing, and the mgmt company was awesome!! We will definitely do this again!!

The neighborhood is meh. You can tell it is turning. The house was beautiful. It was spacious and well stocked. The pool is great. The patio is large and well shaded.

Wonderfull house and host

We were 6 people in total: 4 adults and 2 children. We booked the house to spend the New Year together The first positive surprise was that the house looked much better than in the pictures! We were received with all lights on (we arrived in the evening) and a welcome note from the host with a champagne bottle! You can tell the house has been done by someone with a deep understanding of interior design. Not only were the spaces beautiful but also functionally very practical. From small details, such as each nightstand in the bedrooms having a charging deck, to the bathrooms having showers with a rain shower head and also a hand shower, you can tell someone has taken time to understand how to best use the spaces. The TV in the living room had a surround sound system, so we enjoyed watching a few movies greatly! If you are a cook, welcome to paradise! You will find all kinds of utensils for cooking, including a blender, mixer, all kinds of pots, pans, trays, etc. All kitchen cabinets have labels to clearly identify what is inside (here again, I go to my earlier remark: superb home design!) The pool & barbecue area, were impeccable. Very well maintained and designed providing space to eat outside and sit or relax under the Sun. We had a few questions and the host responded INMEDIATELY & even sent someone to ensure we knew how to use the barbecue and hot water system. In summary, an amazing property with exquisite host service. I highly recommend it!

Great Vacay

This property was exactly as described. We booked for a family vacation and were thrilled with the pool. The house was fully stocked with just about anything that you’d need to prepare meals. We were able to get anywhere we wanted within 15 mins. I will definitely rent another one of their properties in the future.

I will never forget!

This house was amazing. I left extremely motivated. I actually didn't want to leave it. Whenever we went to do something fun, I just wanted to come back to the house. I ended up staying inside for most of the trip and making plans for my future. I started a business from that kitchen table that still stands today almost a year later.

Exactly as it is listed

This home is perfect for three friends or three couples who want private space. Extremely comfortable and clean a whistle! Although we didn’t use the kitchen to cook we did nose a bit and it is very well stocked. Seems it has everything you’d need to cook. Pool, deck and dock area are clean, comfortable and roomy. Beach chairs were practically new. Check in and out were a breeze. Love the interactive screen. Provided great information and suggestions. David and Steve responded quickly when I had questions before and during our stay. We certainly plan to stay at this property again!

Lovely house with everything you need to relax and reconnevt

David’s house was very nice, and provided a great base for our family vacation to Fort Lauderdale. The beds were comfy, the kitchen very modern and user friendly and the laundry room convenient. What makes this house great is the yard. We loved the pool, grill, and putting green!
