¡Todo lo que necesita para tener unas vacaciones fantásticas se puede encontrar en esta elegante casa de vacaciones moderna! Líneas nítidas y limpias se pueden encontrar en todas partes. El patio delantero privado lo convierte en un excelente lugar para descansar o socializar durante la noche. ¡El interior de la casa es espacioso, fresco y luminoso! ¡Las áreas abiertas de sala, comedor y cocina tienen espectaculares vistas al agua y a la piscina! Hay una gran barra de desayuno de gran tamaño y comedor para ocho. La cocina abierta está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar una excelente comida o recibir invitados especiales. La cocina también cuenta con un refrigerador para vinos / barra húmeda y lavadora y secadora de carga frontal de tamaño completo. ¡Relájate en la sala exterior con mosquitero que está justo al lado de la cocina con comedor para ocho mientras estás junto a la piscina! El dormitorio principal tiene un baño completo y cama king size con colchón ultra cómodo y televisión inteligente. El primer dormitorio de invitados también tiene una cama king super cómoda con televisión inteligente. Perfect vacation home

Stayed 10 nights me my husband my mom an dad we did not want to leave our stay was perfect very clean had everything we needed very relaxing nothing I can say but it was perfect in every way we definitely will be back thank you for a beautiful home to spend our vacation

50th Birthday with friends

We have a fabulous stay! Great place to meet up with friends and spend a nice relaxing weekend away. The place was spotless and exactly as described. Communication was great and was able to do a late checkout. We took the kayaks our to explore the area. Spent a lot of our time on the beautiful patio and in the pool. Thank you for a great weekend!

Perfect home away from home

You always wonder when you book a VRBO if it'll be as great as the pictures online. It was better! The area was great, the backyard and pool were wonderful, and the canal was amazing. We were able to move right in and relax for 10 days! Also loved the communication screen, it would send us little messages about when the pool guy was coming, etc. Made it super easy to know what was happening. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family and extended family (at times up to 13 for dinner) thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day vacation at the Martell House. Just miles from the beach, restaurants and my favorite yoga studios made this location a perfect fit to relax and unwind. The only upgrade we felt this home needed for the price was better seating in the living room for a crowd. The backless bench seat, although aesthetically pleasing, was not functional.

Perfect Wilton Manors Getaway

This house was a great spot for our annual getaway to the Ft. Lauderdale area. We decided not to get a rental car and that was a good decision because we could walk to all the restaurants and bars of Wilton Manors, plus Publix was also nearby. The house was modern, comfortable and very clean. All the appliances and furnishings were updated. Nice touches included laundry detergent and kitchen extras like aluminum foil and saran wrap, which came in handy for our leftovers from going out to dinner. There were also a variety of pillow choices in the bedrooms which I appreciated because I'm picky about pillows. We didn't even need to contact the property managers during our stay because everything ran perfectly.

Perfect stay

This property was perfect for my girls trip. The pool was the perfect temperature. The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. Check in was seamless. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We have stayed at multiple rentals in Florida over the years and the Martell House was easily our favorite. Spacious, clean, fully equipped and stocked, great location, perfect for a young family with kids and a fantastic backyard looking out onto the canal. I'd also mention the huge Floridan room overlooking the pool/canal which was perfect at night-time to keep the mosquito's away from our kids, especially our new born. We would definitely stay here again!

We came for a family reunion and had an amazing time in the Martell! The house is exactly as described with spacious rooms and beautiful pool sunsets. The house is spotless clean with all the facilities any family would need for a rental especially in the kitchen! The location is central & neighbourhood super safe. David was extremely helpful & came by for a quick hello! I highly recommend this house and we look forward to future stays!

It was furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals and the beds were so comfy we had a relaxing sleep each night. The location was close to all of our favorite eateries and we got to try 2 that were recommended by the hosts. We even took advantage of the in home messsge service. We stay at a lot of vacation rental homes and this was by far the very best! My goal is to stay at each location they offer. I know you’ll be pleased with Martel House just as much as we were.
