This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is not suitable for loud groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, over occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Our tandem garage is narrow and can accommodate up to 2 mid-size SUV's. Large SUV's and most trucks will NOT fit through the narrow garage door opening. Measurements are: 6’11” H x 7’10” W x 34’ D.

Each with its own full ensuite bathroom and shower! There is a sofa bed in the living room.
