This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is not suitable for loud groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, over occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

Our tandem garage is narrow and can accommodate up to 2 mid-size SUV's. Large SUV's and most trucks will NOT fit through the narrow garage door opening. Measurements are: 6’11” H x 7’10” W x 34’ D.

You will love having your morning coffee on the patio, listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore while watching all the fun people passing by on the boardwalk. Don't forget to look for dolphins. It's not unusual to see them playing in the waves directly in front of this home.
Enjoy an open concept lifestyle, with a Chef's kitchen, fully stocked with everything you will need for family meals, bar seating for three people, and a dining table that seats 4 people. Upstairs you will find the laundry closet, master suite with California king bed, and elegant bathroom with a dual shower, as well as two guest bedrooms with queen beds, built in dressers, smart TVs and ceiling fans. Each with its own full ensuite bathroom and shower! There is a sofa bed in the living room.
