PARKING: You can park one vehicle in the driveway. There is also a small parking area across the street nestled among the trees. Please be mindful of the surroundings and avoid blocking the road or neighboring properties.

Please note that the internet connection works well in the kitchen and living area but is minimal in the main bedroom.
GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to have a good time, but out of respect to the property owner and neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind including vaping is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 25 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 25 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
