Relax and recharge in this larger-than-average 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home located in the peaceful Shorepine Villageneighborhood. Just a short walk from the beach, local pub, and shops, the home also sits near scenic paved walking and biking paths, making it easy to explore the area at a relaxed coastal pace.
Inside, the home features an open and welcoming layout with comfortable furnishings, thoughtful upgrades, and plenty of space for everyone to gather. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, share snacks after the beach, or enjoy a relaxed dinner together.
Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king-size bed and a beautifully tiled bathroom, creating a comfortable private retreat at the end of the day. Additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for family or friends to settle in and unwind.
The spacious garage is stocked with beach chairs, toys, and gear, so you can easily pack up for a full day on the sand. After returning from the beach, rinse off in the outdoor surfer shower on the back deck before settling in for the evening.
Out back, you'll find a fenced yard and sheltered deck, perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing with a drink, or firing up the BBQ after a long day by the ocean.
Set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, this home is ideal for morning bike rides, evening walks, and sunset strolls to the beach. Upstairs has primary bedroom with king bed, walk in-closet and custom tile shower/jetted soaking tub. Bedroom with queen bed, and bedroom with twin bed and twin/twin bunk. Full hall bath and loft/den with TV.
Parking: Maximum 3 Cars

Centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, this new beachfront neighborhood is set among the dunes and snuggled down behind a grass-covered fore dune. Shorepine Village is maintained with pride and governed by strict CCR's for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.

Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Our nearby office is staffed 7 days a week ensuring that homes and guests are taken care of if any needs arise. We look forward to accommodating your next beach trip. Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
