The Sacred Waters Retreat is a lovely townhome in the perfect location near the beach in Pacific City. The home is furnished with thoughtful, comfortable touches throughout making it a cozy home base to launch your Oregon Coast adventure. The great room has a lovely open layout , perfect for preparing a meal in the open kitchen, relaxing on the couch in front of the gas fireplace, or watching the wildlife on the Nestucca River. The central location is an easy walk to the beach, shops and dining at either Cape Kiwanda, or the middle of Pacific City. Downstairs there's a fun game room with ping-pong, and the garage is available to store the gear.

Layout:

3 level townhome. Entry level has game room and garage. 2nd level has open great room with nicely stocked kitchen, eating bar, 1/2 bath, dining space and comfy living room. There is a small deck. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms: Master with king bed and full bath, bedroom with queen bed, and bedroom with double/twin bunks. There is a full hall bath and laundry area.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night (maximum charge of $40/pet). Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
