The studio apartment was just what I needed for my quick trip. It was clean, well furnished, and very up to date. The host, Juan, was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this spot for quick night stay

Family Friendly Vibes

The property manager, Juan, was very kind and quick to respond. There was a minor mishap with checking in and he was able to talk me through it right away. The room itself was very clean and welcoming, however the property grounds could have used some upkeep. The nearby washer and dryer was convenient (just make sure you bring quarters). The residential family on the other side were not a bother at all, they seemed sweet. The neighborhood overall had a family vibe and felt safe. For the price and location, it was perfect! 4.7 stars

You can stay if you do not require much sleep. There is family that lives on the other wall that you hear everything, including the screaming child or children after midnight. Asked Juan the manager for 2 towels and wash cloths that were not in the room and got one bath towel and 1 hand towel. The keypad entry worked when it wanted to after entering the same code multiple multiple times. The entry is in the backyard of the house beside the neighbors deepfrying dinner we got uncomfortable stares. The bed sheets smelled like armpits and body odor and we had one roll of toilet paper. One of the neighbors was parked in our designated spot and I had to ask the manager to have it moved. The manager was apologetic somewhat but only fixed a small part of the problems. There was mold in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower in the mornings. It made me laugh that there was a drip coffee pot with Kurig Kcups for the coffee. Juan did drop off coffee and round filters for the cone filtered pot.

Wow, I’m beyond surprised with this review. Not sure if you remember but I explained to you there was some issues with the washer and then when you asked for the towels we delivered them right away and I even asked you if you needed anything else. The car parked there was there for no longer than 20 mins and it was a simple drop off, I really tried to be as accommodating as possible with you but I can’t do anything if you keep these things for yourself. I was very responsive and offered to fix everything right away but 90% of these things you didn’t even mention.

Initially, the host was very communicative and accommodating. I was traveling with my mother, who is in a wheelchair and has dementia, and due to a flight issue we needed early check-in. The host allowed this, which I appreciated.Unfortunately, after the first night several issues became apparent. The bed frame had duct tape underneath it, which the host later explained was due to a previous break that had been “repaired.” This raised safety concerns and was not disclosed beforehand. The mattress was also extremely thin and did not match expectations based on the listing photos.There was also a safety issue in the bathroom. When my mother stood up from the toilet and touched the sink, the sink actually slid because it was not properly attached to the wall. I documented this with photos.The entry door was difficult to operate because it was not aligned properly, requiring significant pressure on the door for the keypad code to work. This made entry challenging while assisting someone in a wheelchair. There was also consistent late-night noise from nearby units and ants around the sink area.I attempted to address these concerns with the host privately, but the response was defensive and the issues were attributed to us. Because we could not find another place on short notice, we stayed. However, based on our experience, I would not recommend this property at its current price point.

How unfortunate that I helped you checking in 5 hours before your check in time, offered immediate help right away, and payed attention to every detail of the stay while you and your mother was there. Please post the truth and explain how you damaged the bathroom vanity and then proceeded to try and get money away from me. My listing explicitly says it doesn’t have ramps or is equipped for people with disabilities, it would be irresponsible for me to promote something that’s not true. It’s also worth mentioning I asked you how everything was and you didn’t even mention not 1 of these things. I am so sorry you are going through a hard time right now but this wasn’t the way, you don’t try to take away from those who help you. God bless you.
