'Longspur' - One of our cute and tidy Lookout Cabins

Our brand new and sweet Longspur Cabin is part of our ideally located and charming cluster of "Lookout" Cabins - perched on a centrally located, yet still secluded and "end of the road," ridge in the Red River Gorge Kentucky.  Just two miles from the Gorge Underground and 3 miles from Miguel's pizza, Longspur is a cheerful, brand new and modern space that features unmatched porch views and a hot tub!

This idyllic cabin provides all the modern comforts and amenities of a larger home while maintaining the intimate appeal of a smaller space.

The studio layout features a queen sized bed and full sized fold out couch, comfortable cooking and dining space and a completely relaxing wrap around porch.  To access Longspur, you will park in a graveled parking area before the cluster of our 6 Lookout cabins (Longspur is the second cabin on your right) and walk out about 150 feet on a beautiful graveled path to your cabin and your spot for ultimate rest and relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen exudes an open-air charm with its four-burner electric stove, sink, 1/2 sized refrigerator and microwave.  Additional amenities such as air conditioning, heating (mini-splits), a shared fire pit, and convenient access to the Natural Bridge State park and the rest of the gorge.

Staying in a Red River Gorgeous Cabin is truly a one-of-a-kind experience.  Since all of our hand-built cabins are unique, we wish to inform you of their individual features so you can come prepared to enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Full Bathroom:  featuring a walk in shower, flush toilet and hand sink

Compact Kitchen:  featuring multiple windows, 4 burner electric stove, coffee maker, 1/2 sized fridge, cookware, eating utensils, dish rack, and kitchen sink

Living Room Space:  features a couch and coffee table, and a great view out of the large sliding glass porch door!

Bedroom Area:  Queen bed with nightstands and full sized fold out couch

Utilities:  Full electricity, plumbing, heat, air conditioning and flush toilet

Other Details:  Hot tub with an unmatched view!, amazing all-natural location, parking, shared grilling porch, easy access to exceptional hiking trails and climbing areas in both the Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge State Park

We are happy to host pets at Longspur and ask for an additional $50 (plus tax) non-refundable pet cleaning fee for the first pet.  Any additional pets are $25 (plus tax).

Linens are always provided for this cabin.  We will provide pillows, blankets, bedsheets and bath towels.  We will also provide kitchen towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap.

Firewood is also available upon request.  For $25 we will deliver firewood to your fire pit.  Please be sure to mark on your reservation if you would like firewood delivery.  Please be sure to put out all fires COMPLETELY when you are finished.
