This beautiful two-level condo is a corner unit on the front row. The corner unit offers more privacy, and the front row provides panoramic ocean and sunset views from Dominicalito to Manuel Antonio. Wifi & AC throughout the condo.

The first level has a complete kitchen with a large hardwood dining room table. There is an island counter with barstools, a cozy couch facing the TV on the wall in a comfortable space that leads out to the covered outdoor table and chairs. From both inside the condo or outside within the covered living space, you can clearly see the ocean and bay below. Nearest the front door is a half-bathroom and a storage unit, complete with a washer/dryer.

The second level consists of both of the bedrooms, each featuring en-suit bathrooms. The guest bedroom has plenty of closet storage space. The comfortable queen-sized bed faces the window with jungle and partial ocean views. The master bedroom is a larger room with a queen sized bed facing the ocean. There is a private covered balcony for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife & coastal views from the second level. There are large cedar closets and drawers for storage and a desk with a vanity mirror that can be used for work or getting ready to go out to one of the many nearby restaurants.

There are two communal pools, complete with bathrooms and a shower for guest use. This space also faces the ocean and is often visited by monkeys! The Marisol property is beautifully landscaped and has 24/7 security. The access is a short 5 minutes off the coastal highway and within a short distance of many restaurants and markets of Playa Dominicalito and Dominical. 4x4 or all wheel drive recommended.

Marisol Condominium is located in a tropical jungle environment. There is a possibility for bugs as well as unforeseen issues with amenities such as water outages, internet outages or power outages. While these are infrequent, they are beyond our control and are not grounds for refunds.

The condo association has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to disruptive behavior & unregistered guests. Noise, parties, and violation of property/pool rules can result in immediate guest removal by the security department.
* We will not issue refunds to guests who have been removed/banned from the property for violations.

All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover their trips should they need to cancel.
