Precioso, luminoso, 2BR condominio 2bath en el lado de la playa de Gulf Blvd. No Fumar. A pocos pasos de la playa, no hay camino para cruzar. Sí, hay una piscina. Al menos 5 restaurantes o bares a una corta distancia a pie. A 10 minutos de la galardonada Clearwater Beach y Marina. 15 minutos de John's Pass paseo tiendas. Scooter, bicicleta, tienda de alquiler de juguetes de playa a través de la calle. A menos de 30 minutos de St. Pete Clearwater (PIE). Este balcón no está frente al mar, pero a pocos pasos.

Me encantó alojarme en Indian Rocks Beach en este condominio moderno increíble. Es realmente un hogar lejos del hogar, ya que tiene dos dormitorios y dos baños completos y mucho más. Si te gusta cocinar, tienes todo lo que necesitas en la cocina. Si te gusta comer fuera, hay restaurantes increíbles a poca distancia a pie. La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta y no tienes que cruzar una calle para llegar a la playa. Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo. -AP

Great location!

We loved being a short drive to so many activities but not being overwhelmed with tourist traps and traffic. The condo has little extras that make a day at the beach easier. We'll definitely be back!

Beachside Villas

This condo was cozy and comfortable and always stayed cool in the hot Florid heat. It was perfect for our family of 5. We basically had the pool to ourselves the entire week which was a plus. The host was quick to respond to our questions coming down during Tropical stor Debby. Wewould stay again!

Nice place close to the beach. We liked that it was on the ocean side of Gulf Blvd so we didn’t have to cross the street every time we went to the beach. Neighbors upstairs are noisy, like a lot of the other reviews mention.

Great Loacation

Process was easy and location was perfect. As others have mentioned you can hear the people upstairs and outside noise but nothing a pair of ear plugs can’t take care of.

Nice place but NOISY

Loved the location of the condo and the condo itself. It was very spacious, clean, and had all necessary beach amenities and was only a short walk to the beach; however, it was the noisiest condo I have ever visited. It almost became comical how noisy it was all day every day. Not only could I hear the music in my bedroom from Hurricane Eddie's from across the street until about 1 am each night they were open, but I could feel the music as well. At times we thought the tenants upstairs were going to step through the ceiling and join us in the living room for the night. I believe the walls and ceiling were insulated with mesh. If you plan to stay here, bring ear plugs or a sound machine to drown out all the noise.

Great location

Nice condo with everything you need for your vacation. Adequate description on the website on what is at the condo. The beach is easy walk. We have all our beach stuff, but there is stuff on site if you don’t have your own. Hurricane Eddies across the street has good food, Keegan’s, Guppys on the beach also have good food with walking distance. IRB Creamery is nice ice cream place across the street too. Bretton, The Host, responded immediately and addressed our questions we had.

Beach trip July 6-12, 2024

Location was good but too much noise from the unit above and beside of us and from the road. No insulation in the walls or ceiling so all the noise is heard. Unit had everything you needed for beach as well as in the unit for cooking etc.

We enjoyed our stay so much. I did not realize from the listing that the condo did not have an ocean view but it had a view of the back of a building. But it was only a short walk to the beach. The pool was in between the parking areas so we didn’t utilize the pool. The accommodations were very reasonable so it more than made up for it. The unit was very well appointed and the location was so convenient to many shops and restaurants.

Another great visit with family

Great location beach bars right across the street with live entertainment.Couch and master bed extremely comfortable. The condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need and use kitchen gadgets plenty of paper products cleaning products you name it it was there Beach supplies I love this place right on the Ocean side short one minute walk to the sand and pool.The only downside was the building was not constructed with soundproof board in the walls and ceilings so you did here outside noise from traffic and then foot traffic upstairs it didn't bother me that much. I will definitely stay there again

Christmas vacation

Property was just as imagined. It was spacious, clean, well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and plenty of beach stuff. Location was perfect. Just a short few steps to the beach and restaurants within waking distance as well as a market and bait shop. Beds were comfortable. The only drawback was there was road noise at night so we slept with earplugs and the upstairs neighbors must have had children that running because they sounded like a herd of elephants at times. But other than that samll drawback we had a wonderful time.

Just Right!

This was the perfect location for my two daughters, granddaughter and myself. Just a very short walk and you are on the beautiful beach or go in the opposite direction and you had shopping and restaurants. The place was very clean and the open living/kitchen area made a wonderful place to sit and visit. Everything you could need was there. Kitchen was well supplied, plenty of towels, games, water toys. Besides food there was no need to go shopping if you didn't want to. Our host was very helpful on more than one occasion to answer questions and offer very good suggestions. Nice condo, great value

Myself, wife and 3 kids (16, 13 & 11) stayed here June 14-19th. The weather was non stop sun (note this time of year is rainy season for this area) so we were stoked about that. The condo adjoins the public beach access and is maybe 100 foot walk to the beach...very short. 2 beach chairs and some beach toys were included, along with a couple of skimmer boards. The condo was well equipped, with the only minor exception being no wash clothes. It is within comfortable walking distance of numerous eating options and a couple of nightlife spots. Overall we had as enjoyable of time here as any of our best stays in Pensacola Beach. Highly recommend.

Quick Adult Getaway

We a great time at IRB. For the price and location, this was a great deal. This condo was within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. It is very laid back in this area and not nearly as congested as Clearwater. And although the view is not oceanfront, the walk to the beach was right downstairs and across the parking lot. Only one building separating you and the beach. The only downside was the noise level in the condo. We could hear a lot from the upstairs neighbors and the street outside the master bedroom. Other than that, we had an excellent time. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having the beach supplies and used them almost every day. We will definitely be back to this area.

Great location but Condo needs deep cleaning

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks and being on beach side was a real plus, didn't need to use car. Another plus was the master bed, very comfortable. Area restaurants and bars walkable. My one BIG negative to this property was that it needed a deep cleaning and update. We washed the floors twice when we first arrived because our feet were always dirty. The master bath shower had mold, we cleaned that as well. All the air vents looked so dirty. Kitchen chairs were all stained, it did not represent the photos in VRBO. Informed the Owner and sent pictures and he told me that Cleaning lady said it was fine. Well it wasn't with us and our family.

We'll be back

This is our 2nd time in this condo. Its a really nice place to stay. I don't mind the few noises we hear. Half our week down there, there wasn't any body up stairs anyway. The music stops at a decent hour, and really none of that kept me up. We feel at home in the condo. We wash laundry. Dishes, cook our meals, Watch tv, just as if it were home. The quick walk to the beach is my favorite. And this time we used the pool. My kids liked the pool very much. Over all, we really like Indian Rocks Beach. Its got that small town feel. Its very clean around the city too. Indian Rocks Creamery is our favorite icecream shop. We went snorkeling at egmont, which was so cool. And we went deep sea fishing at hubbarb marina at Johns pass. I reccomend all of this. Snorkeling is a must again. Over all, my family totally enjoys this place and the surroundings. We'll Be Back. Thank you Bretton for sharing your condo

Amazing Beach Getaway.

Our family had a wonderful experience at this condo in Indian Rocks Beach. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-equipped the condo was. It had everything we could possibly need, especially for a beach vacation. The condo was stocked with plenty of items for the beach, and the kitchen had everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. We loved the convenience of being so close to the beach, allowing us to spend as much time as possible soaking up the sun and enjoying the stunning ocean views. There are a couple of surf shops and markets within walking distance to pick up those items you forgot or need. The weather was perfect, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. The owner of the condo was exceptionally responsive and attentive. Whenever we had a question or a minor issue, they responded quickly and took care of everything immediately. This level of service made us feel valued and well taken care of during our stay. Overall, our stay at this condo was amazing. The combination of a fully equipped, comfortable condo, the proximity to the beach, and the excellent service from the owner made it a perfect getaway. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this little piece of paradise again!

Great Location

Great family vacation

We had a great stay at this condo. We loved how close we were to the beach. The condo had everything you need for the beach, chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys, and more! The only downfall was the guest noise from upstairs. The guest staying above us were up till 4am running around and moving furniture. We purchased a box fan to drown out some of the noise so our children could sleep. Overall we had a great stay. Check out the binder provided with places to eat and things to do!

Location! Location!

This unit is located perfectly in Gulf Blvd, in great proximity to stores and restaurants. You will not have a view of the Gulf but you are steps away and no roads to cross. This unit had everything you would need from cooking to beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers! Only complaint is the noise that comes from the squeaky floors above, and the Internet wasn’t working but the owner did every thing he could to try and resolve the problem. Would definitely stay here again.
