Oversized windows wrap the space in natural light, framing the surrounding tree canopy from every angle, and the open layout flows naturally into the kitchen beyond, keeping the whole main level connected. A wall-mounted Smart TV rounds out the space for quieter evenings in, and with the fire going and the tree canopy just outside the glass, those evenings have a way of turning into late ones.

🏔️ This home sits at the base of the front range on one of Colorado Springs' most scenic residential corridors. North Cheyenne Canyon Park is essentially at your doorstep, with the Starsmore Nature Center trailhead less than a quarter mile away. From there, the trail network fans out to Mt. Cutler, St. Mary's Falls, Silver Cascade Falls, and Helen Hunt Falls, all free and accessible year-round. Gold Camp Road begins just up the canyon for one of the most scenic drives in the region.
