The owner is very nice and respectful. House wasnt in the best neighborhood, but nothing that was listed and was still very nice. It was close to most place you would want to visit and was well worth the stay.

House was conveniently located 10-20 min from all the most commonly visited spots. It was clean, quiet, safe, and well-stocked with essentials. Sharon was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Was a very comfy place to stay. Had everything you need while on vacation. A list of favorites for us to try. Never had to worry while we were out and about all day as they had a locked gate for our vehicle to sit.

The location is central to all the places that we visited while we stayed in NOLA. The place was very clean and the host was great is responding to our request. I will definitely stay again!!

My friend and I were in town for 12 days during Jazz Fest and stayed 4 nights at Big Easy Charmer. We could not have been happier with the accommodations, location or host. Sharon was gracious in allowing our early arrival, left umbrellas by the door for us when the rains came and responded promptly when we had questions. The space seemed bigger than what the photos depicted. Each room was nicely decorated. The kitchen was roomy and well-organized with all the cooking basics. There was a hairdryer and a variety of toiletries in the bath. Both bedrooms had large mirrors and plenty of hangers in the closets. We had a rental car and did not use public transportation while staying here, although we would have been comfortable walking a half-mile to the bus stop on N. Broad St. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality, Sharon!

This property was perfect for our stay. We were less than 10 minutes from the superdome (Essence Festival celebration). The host was really nice and easy to communicate with regarding the stay. The floors in the house are beautiful.

Loved our stay here! The place was close enough to the French Quarter yet far enough to be away from all the hustle and bustle. Sharon made our stay very comfortable! She was very quick to respond whenever we had any questions. If we are ever back in New Orleans, I’d love to stay here again!

Yes, the neighborhood might seem off at first bitterly was nice and quiet, the house is amazing, and it’s close enough to Uber into anything so you can park your car in the secured parking and leave it there. I’d definitely stay there again!

Great small house!

Sharon was very nice and communicative! The property has a very nice kitchen and laundry to help travel at ease. The beds and bathroom were nice too which made it a great place for staying. The area is a walkable from a lot of great areas, but you do have to walk through some rougher parts of town so we felt safer ubering late at night to get back home.
