Pawleys Island Beach House
The whole group will enjoy this spacious house in Pawleys Island centrally located 5min from the beach and just a few minutes away from several golf courses, bars restaurants and grocery stores. With its spacious layout, inviting entertainment area, and bonus room, it offers ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. Nestled in Litchfield Country Club offers the convenience and fun experience of having such an esteemed golf course right at your doorstep. Only 30min away from Myrtle Beach airport!
This is a newly renovated 3,000sq house with 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms, entertainment room and 2 bathrooms. Complimentary 500Mbps Wi-Fi, Youtube cable and a washer/dryer are included.
LIVING AREAS & KITCHEN
First living area is an open layout consisting of a living room with a 75" smart TV, a dining room that sits 8, a fully equipped kitchen with an island for prep space and seating for 4.
Second living area is set up as an entertainment room with a projector, and a "secret" room set up as a small library and playroom for kids and lots of board games.
There's also two twin trundle beds that sleep 4.
BED & BATH
This house accommodates up to 10guests.
1st bedroom is the master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom and a smart TV.
2nd & 3rd bedroom include a queen size bed.
The bonus area located on the 2nd floor holds two twin trundle beds.
1st bathrooms has walk-in shower and the 2nd one has a tub/shower combination.
Entertainment area
We have transformed the garage into an entertainment area with cooling/heating, foosball table, 65'' making it just just the perfect retreat for rainy days and for a break from those extremely hot days at the beach.
BACKYARD
The backyard is fully fenced in and very spacious. It has a dining table, bbq grill and corn hole.
DOG FRIENDLY
We invite you to bring the whole family to our dog friendly home. The back yard is fully fenced in.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay a non-refundable $250 dog fee.
Please always clean up after your dog.
Please always keep dogs off the furniture. There will be an additional cleaning fee if there's dog hair in the furniture.
Unfortunately, we do NOT allow cats.
