Great time again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to NSB every year. This is our home away from home. Love the 1st floor location. Would like to have some of the perks we have had with other units (beach towels, chairs, cooking spices...). However the unit was very clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is wonderful but unit 116 was found lacking in many areas. Worst of all was the broken furniture. Don't plan on sitting on the couch - the sleeper part does not go under the back of the couch so you will be sitting on a bar. Oversize recliner has bad springs as does one of the twin beds. The kitchen is way out of date and the cupboards are in need of cleaning and painting. The patio has furniture that is way too large for a group to sit around the table.

My LOVE place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are from Hawaii . We are so lucky that we got the place for a month . Staffs are so sweet and helpful with great smile . We were stay in 116 , we can call home . This is the place that make our family would like to move to NSB . Rooms are great and fully furnished and super comfortable . My kid go pool and beach every day. If you have kid and would like to start surfing this is the great spot . My kid can stand surfing because of this spot . It is so convenient , shopping , school , breakfast , dine in , grocery.... Etc .. We need to order stuffs from amazon , they are allow to deliver to the office and we can pick them up . They have office corner that you can print out stuffs and work on computer . They have laundry room to service We LOVE it there ... if we have a chance that any room OPEN for sell ... for sure we will go check . It is quiet , peaceful and privacy .

Reviewer Comments: A very enjoyable time, love the location and the pool but the unit we were in did not have very comfortable furniture in the living room and obviously the kitchen was not updated and the appliances need replaced. No light in fridge, icemaker broken and door handle breaking off. Smoke alarm not working. We have been staying here every couple of years for more than 30 yrs but we would choose a different unit next time.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming down there for over 30 years and this year the owners were very nosy taking pictures of stuff on our porches complaining about everything. our condo is getting old they need to update it the master bed is the pits and the couch's are so old the chair is broke i am not one to complain but as i get older it's harder to get up and down on that furniture.

Sea Coast 116

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Coast complex is very nice and the management team are very attentive and responsive. We have stayed at Sea Coast multiple times over the past 15 years. Not all units are equal. Unit 116 was very dirty and in need of repair. Furniture was satisfactory but the condition of the kitchen was extremely bad. One example was the counter laminate was missing in places making it impossible to sanitize. The utility room was filthy and dirt hung from the walls and heating/cooling units. Our opinion is the ventilation system has mold. My wife and I both came down with respiratory illness that sent me to the emergency room. We moved to another unit and we couldn't be happier. Sea Coast should certainly be considered but be very careful on which unit you select.

Memorial Day fun week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always have a wonderful time at Sea Coast. We always enjoy seeing Mike. He’s always helpful with anything we ask. Sorry I don’t remember the ladies name in the office but very pleasant and nice. We saw Mike handle a situation with 3 rowdy guys in a professional manner. We wouldn’t have even know it was happening but we where right there.. Mike never raised his voice yet the situation was handled. Probably our only complaint would be with the owner. The couches n the chair in the living room has never been changed and I feel like we’re sitting on the floor. Lol On a scale from 1-10 we rate Sea Coast a 12!!!
