Nuestro condominio frente al mar condominio frente complejo directamente sobre el Océano Atlántico en la hermosa Nueva Smyrna Beach. Disfrute de los amaneceres y la luna en todo su esplendor, levantándose sobre el agua, ver a los delfines saltar en las olas desde su propio balcón privado; Recoger las conchas marinas a lo largo de la costa segura de "no conducir" o tomar el sol en la playa de arena blanca y limpia.

Sea cual sea su placer este condominio tiene algo para todos. Las familias disfrutarán de la gran área de la piscina cubierta con una gran piscina y una piscina para niños para los más pequeños. Puedes caminar por millas en una playa uncrowded.

We had never stayed at NSB and finding this property was awesome. Beautiful location, incredible condo, amazing beach, quaint/friendly town. So many cool places for breakfast, dinner and shopping! We will be back!

Home Away From Home

What a wonderful getaway! This location has everything you could possibly think of to make your stay feel like home! From the beautiful decor with authentic nautical pieces to every comfort of home including puzzles, games, an adult library and children's library, boogie boards, very comfortable beds and furniture and much, much more! Lovely view of both the ocean and the pool, immaculate grounds, outdoor picnic tables and grills. We will definitely be back, we have found our vacation home away from home! Thank you so much!

Great getaway that feels like home!

Beautifully decorated condo with an even more beautiful beach! This condo was perfect for our getaway. We were able to relax and become so comfortable that we felt like it was home. The condo is very well stocked with beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, towels, etc. This was by far one of the best condos we have rented since we started to vacation in New Smyrna Beach. The laundry was steps away and easy to use. The beach was also just steps away along with the wonderful pool. We couldn't have asked for a better location or for a better condo. Thanks for allowing us to rent. We will definitely see you next year!

When we arrived the owners had stocked the refrigerator with bottled water, an assortment of soft drinks and even a bottle of wine! The cupboards were stocked with Kuerig pods, cream, sugar and all the spices you could want.The management and owners are wonderful.

We travelled with 3 kids and it was made easy with all the extras that were included in the condo. Cooking supplies, books, games, beach toys, beach chairs and more! The owner really knows how to host. The condo has a great partial view of the ocean for a morning coffee and patio furniture to enjoy a meal outside. Pool area was always clean. We had family in another condo in this building and it did not even compare! We will be booking another stay!

Best. Stocked. Condo. Ever. Great Family Rental!

We have stayed in half a dozen places in NSB but so far #205 Sea Coast is our favorite. I've never seen a condo as well stocked and it was tastefully decorated without going overboard. We appreciated the extra comforts that included comfy mattress pads, higher quality sheets, bedspreads, towels, utensils and kitchen supplies. I've never stayed in a condo with so many supplies. From laundry detergent to dish soap, to tons of paper products (even paper plates!). Although we stopped at Publix before going to the condo, anything we forgot to grab was already at the place. The second floor location is ideal and the view of the pool and ocean makes for a great week. Our kids (4 and 1) had a grand time at the kiddie pool and even enjoyed a Sea Coast Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday. Our only real complaint is the parking situation. Since we have family in the Orlando area we had a few day visitors but they were not allowed to park on the premisses. It wasn't a big deal but the office staff was a bit obnoxious with the "parking patrol" compared to others condos we've stayed at in NSB. But by no means was a deal breaker. Also, the condo owner was great to work with and super helpful and quick with our very last minute rental. We'd rent here again!

The property is well maintained and has a 1970's vibe. My only complaint was having to wear wristbands and continually being asked to show them by security guards. All in all this is a family friendly property in a beautiful setting. The condominium was super clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated.

It is obvious that the owners put a lot of love into it.We love the little desk in the kitchen for our laptop.My only suggestions would be to replace the melamine ware dishes (plates & bowls) to something that could go in the microwave. And the oven door needs some adjusting so that it closes tightly. When the oven is on, the kitchen gets very hot.

Perfection

The condo is well supplied with anything you need. The king-sized bed is very comfortable and neither husband nor I had back issues. There are lots of comfy seating in the living room (leather sofa, leather recliner which looks new, and a chair with ottoman). The setting is perfect with 3 restaurants, an ice cream shop, Dollar General Market, and a liquor store right across the street, and of course the beach.

The condos are all oceanview in a horseshoe shape around the pool. Family friendly atmosphere. Many renters return year after year and have become friends. A market and restaurants and ice cream are conveniently located directly across the street. The managers are friendly and helpful. Located on the no-drive portion of the beach makes it a safe place to enjoy the beach. The unit was clean and accurate according to the pictures on the website.
