Welcome to this beautifully renovated, first-floor two-bedroom condo nestled within the popular Myrtle Beach Resort! Whether you're here for a family vacation or a getaway with friends, this stunning condo has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. The thoughtfully designed space features one cozy queen-sized bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a full sized sleeper sofa offering the perfect retreat for groups or families.

As you step into the condo, you'll find a welcoming hallway leading to both bedrooms, providing easy access for everyone to drop off their bags and relax. The first bedroom, the master suite, is a peaceful haven, complete with a plush queen-sized bed, two stylish end tables with lamps, a spacious dresser for your belongings, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A large window fills the room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests in the master bedroom will also enjoy the convenience of a private bathroom featuring a vanity sink with ample storage, an LED mirror with adjustable settings, a shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead, and a toilet.

For your convenience, we provide bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, and all the bedding you need for a comfortable stay. You'll also find a set of “starter toiletries” like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner, to ensure you have everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay.

The second bedroom is perfect for children or friends, with a fun twin-over-full bunk bed. A cozy end table with a lamp rests beside the bed, and a dresser provides plenty of space for clothing. A second wall-mounted flat-screen TV ensures everyone has the chance to relax and unwind in comfort.

The second bathroom, located off the hallway, mirrors the style and amenities of the master bath. It features a vanity sink with underneath storage, an LED mirror with adjustable settings, a shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead, and a toilet.

As you move further into the home, the kitchen steals the spotlight with its brand-new, stainless steel appliances, including a stove and oven, a mounted microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The spacious granite countertops provide plenty of room to prepare a delicious meal, while the cabinets offer ample storage for all your groceries. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and dinnerware, so you can easily whip up your favorite dishes. If you'd rather dine out, Myrtle Beach offers a wide selection of fantastic restaurants just a short drive, walk, or Uber ride away. Plus, food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are popular in the area for a quick, convenient meal.

Across from the kitchen is the dining area, where you'll find a large table with enough seating for your entire group to enjoy meals together. The dining area flows seamlessly into the living room, which is furnished with brand-new, comfortable furniture, including a sofa that folds out into a full sized bed and two accent chairs. After a day of exploring, unwind on the couch and enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the LED electric fireplace, or catch up on your favorite shows on the oversized flat-screen TV. When you're ready to embrace the outdoors, step out onto the private balcony and take in the refreshing ocean breeze as you relax in your perfect Myrtle Beach retreat.

This resort is secured by a gated entrance with 24-hour security and is only two miles from the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. Walmart and Walgreens are across the street, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, state park, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to parking for $20 and free beach access. If you are here during one of the Bike Weeks held in the Myrtle Beach area, please reach out and we will explain the extra fees and regulations.

Guests will need to pay $20.00 per vehicle Per Week for parking passes, from May 1 - Sept 30. From October 1 - April 30, it is $20 per Booking, instead of per week. The security guard at the gate will collect payment and issue the parking passes. If you lose your parking pass, you will need to pay for a replacement. All passes must be displayed on the windshield side of the rear view mirror while the vehicle is parked on the property.

Bike Week Parking: Guests are not permitted to bring a trailer on property except during Bike Week and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. These fees are for one week and will be collected at the gate, payment must be made with credit card, no cash, no exceptions. The fees during bike week are as followed; Car or Truck (vehicle pulling the trailer) $20, Trailer not to exceed 18 feet $100, each motorcycle is $20 apiece.

It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
