Mi lugar está cerca de Condado (Casinos, Playas, Museos, Parques, Puerto de Cruceros, Ferry, Tren, Bus, Centro de Convenciones y Laguna, así como el Viejo San Juan e Isla Verde). A 7 millas del Aeropuerto Internacional Luis Munoz Marín ya 3 millas de Plaza Las Américas, el centro comercial más grande del Caribe y el segundo más grande de América Latina.
Te encantará mi lugar! Mi lugar es bueno para parejas, aventureros en solitario, viajeros de negocios y familias (con niños).

El vecindario

El apartamento está situado al lado del Condominio Cosmopolitan y cerca de Laguna Condado. Se puede ver Laguna Condado desde el balcón. A poca distancia de Condado Beach. Fue remodelado recientemente con muebles nuevos. Espacioso con salón y comedor. La cocina está equipada con una estufa nueva, refrigerador y microondas. Apartamento tiene un balcón y aparcamiento reservado. Las unidades de aire acondicionado están en las habitaciones. No se puede conseguir una mejor ubicación, a poca distancia de la zona de Condado (casinos, playas, museos, parques, puerto de cruceros, ferry, tren, autobús, centro de convenciones y la Laguna, así como el Viejo San Juan e Isla Verde). A 7 millas del Aeropuerto Internacional Luis Muñoz Marín ya 3 millas de Plaza Las Américas, el centro comercial más grande del Caribe y el segundo más grande de América Latina.

Cómo moverse

Cerca de autobús de transporte público que le llevará al Viejo San Juan donde se puede tomar un ferry hasta Cataño o ir a Santurce o Hato Rey en autobús y luego tren hasta Bayamon.

Gem in the rough

Clean nice place to stay, owner is phenomenal. Sam communicates very well and is very accommodating. Apartment is a diamond in the rough and you can tell Sam takes pride in his building.. short walk to the beach and places to eat and shop.

Have false info. It is not near the lake. It is in a dangerous area. You have to go through 4-5 doors to enter apartment. Feels like a prison.

Holiday Retreat

The apartment is cute and centrally located, making it the perfect pit stop as we ran all over Puerto Rico for my Sister's 50th birthday. Mr Sam is a wonderful host, thank you for your hospitality.

Mother's Trip 2023

Let me start with....Location! This apartment is in the middle of everything San Juan. Very convenient and spacious. There a food truck park 1block away that has the taste of Puerto Rico or any other cuisine your taste bud's has the hots for. Beaches well you can literally walk to the beach and theres a little tourist shopping strip right outside the beach area. The reason I love this place so much, its close enough to everything but separate if you wanna turn off the noise. Staying in a hotel is always on 10 day or night. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware. The AC units worked like a charm as each room has one. We were able to shop at the local walmart which is only 4mils away. We cooked on some days. The island breeze is to die for...these apartments are 2nd & 3rd floor and the breeze is nice and clean coming in the main areas. Each apartment has a balcony. Now to the owner of the property...Well, what can I say, Sam is the best! He is there when you check-in, to set you up and answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the island. He's only a phone call away for anything that may come up. I will definitely be leasing these apartments again. 2nd floor 4bed rooms and 3rd floor 2bed rooms with and extra sleeper. It was 7 of us total.

Beware

The owner was very nice and communicate . He at first randomly contacted me one month before there was an issue had overbooking_ and he offered to stay at his place in vsj- I rejected since wanted that area . We got there - was. Not properly cleaned - I passed my fingers across the wall and they were black . Second. Night there - rental van gets stolen in front of the apartment within 4 hours - Next night my friends car gets broken into and steal some things . I have lived in PR and am always aware —- but be extra aware of this place .. there are neighbors that are fully aware of this rental .. and if yiu park your car I front of the place yiu most likely elk get your car stole. Or broken into !

Nothing like the ad

Ad on VRBO was very deceiving, building looked nothing like that in the ad. Advertised as having 1 and a 1/2 baths half bath was a storage closet. The place was clean. We were all just very surprised from the exterior of the building.

Needs a major revamp

Could not sleep in this apartment with all the noise outside no glass windows only shutters lots of mosquitoes coming through air con not happy at all considering what it cost

Clean and close to everything

I "loved it" to a certain extent...the reason I say this is that when I booked this place it said nothing about the kitchen, bathrooms and living room being SHARED spaces. Before booking I read the description very carefully and it was NOT mentioned. The price was right (very economical) and the pictures were accurate except the one with the view of the lagoon which was much smaller from the balcony than what is pictured in the ad -no big deal in my opinion. The only problem I had was this misrepresentation that I mentioned before which I did not realize until we arrived to the place. Luckily, Mr. Sam had not rented it to any other party so we had the whole place to ourselves. This is the message that appeared in my email after Mr. Sam accepted our request to stay there "AND REMEMBER YOU BOOKED A PRIVATE ROOM LOCKED WITH SPACIOUS COMMON AREAS WITH LIVING AND FAMILY ROOM". This would have definitely been a problem if there was another party there. This information should be clearer on the front description page before someone books so they can be informed of the reality that exists here and I suggest that it be changed to prevent any future mishaps. The place was clean, plenty of towels, everything in kitchen spot on except could use a better pan (non-stick plus need a spatula and much better lighting - sort of dark in the kitchen). Thank you for the amenities you left in the kitchen Mr. Sam and I did not mind all of the security that you had set up there. I felt very safe!

Wasn't Suited for Me

I was on a working vacation and brought my laptop with me to do some work. This place didn’t work for me but I’m sure this place would’ve been satisfactory for most others because I doubt most people would bring work with them on a vacation. PROS: - Mr Sam was quickly responsive by email, text, and phone -Entire place was clean upon arrival. Interior pictures were the way it was advertised -Bed was clean and comfortable -AC and ceiling fan easily cooled the bedroom within 10-minutes -bathroom had excellent running water and temperature -Clean bath towels were initially provided and fresh towels and toiletries on the 5th day of my 7-day stay were replenished -The kitchen was fully equipped -Cable television was provided -Iron and ironing board was provided -WiFi Internet was available but slow -1-block away from the Miramar Food Truck Park with some great street food. It was a quarter of a mile walk to some restaurants and convenience store. It was over half a mile walk to the Condado tourist strip and the beach CONS: - The air conditioner was only available in the bedroom which restricted me to the bedroom the entire time -Only one electrical outlet was available in the bedroom and it was at an inconvenient location -The windows weren’t air tight and therefore noise from the neighbors was disturbing because of the construction or their noisy cars -No natural lighting was available without letting heat in -Had to manage 6-locks with 6-keys every time I had to leave and get back and figure out which key to use which made entering and leaving an inconvenient experience, especially when it was dark outside -WiFi Internet was available but slow -Outside street wasn't well lit and I didn’t feel comfortable in being safe every time I got back at night -Exterior pictures were not as advertised because it was a horrible view of the lagoon IMPROVEMENTS: -Provide alarm clock or extension cord since I was not able to charge my phone next to me while sleeping -Written instructions should be provided to future guests on how to retrieve the keys from the lock box and enter the place rather than calling upon arrival
