This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room.

Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.

If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.

Additional fees are required for membership sponsorship and Club Membership. “Dorado Club Membership”: access to discounted golf, Water Mill waterpark (open only on weekends and holidays), the beach at Encanto, and the Fitness and Wellness Center.
