The house was nice and clean but the description is not accurate. In the bulleted points below the paragraph it says there is a roof top deck with a hot tub and skyline views. There is a roof top deck but it has nothing on it, not even a chair. It also states there are two twin pullout couches, there were no pull out couches. It says there should be 2 double bunk beds but there is one bunk bed which is a twin over a full. The house is supposed to sleep 12 and we had 9 people. There were 8 towels total for the bathrooms. In the kitchen there were 4 forks, 2 spoons. The master bathroom had no shower curtain (we found one on the floor in another closet). The fan in the family room wouldn't work and there were missing light bulbs in some of the lamps. There were no cleaning supplies like laundry soap or a sponge to wash pots and pans. When I initially contacted the host to express my concerns his response was that if we weren't happy and we wanted to leave we could right away for a full refund. While that was an answer, we had traveled from out of town and were there with our family for one of the biggest country music festivals in the country. Shutting the door and leaving wasn't an option. It also states that it is a 4 minute drive to Broadway. It's not, it was at least 15 minutes and that was without traffic. As I said, the house was nice and we made it work but it is definitely not as the description explains and it is poorly stocked.
