SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 12):

BEDROOM 3 – Upstairs (total sleeps 6)

North Clubhouse
- Outdoor pools (multiple pools including children’s pools) + yard games and paved walking loop.
- Lighted tennis courts (year-round) until midnight.
- Banquet/meeting room available for rental (full kitchen, fireplace, seats ~65) for group gatherings.
- Hours: 9 am – 9 pm (Thursday–Tuesday; closed Wednesday for maintenance) in peak season.

South Baden Clubhouse
- Large outdoor pools (including a pool slide) and kid-play area. Horseshoes, shuffleboard, game room with pool tables, ping-pong, foosball.
- Fitness room with gym equipment, changing rooms/showers. Free WiFi.
- Hours: 9 am – 9 pm (closed Tuesdays for maintenance) in summer.

Upper Alpine Clubhouse
- More quiet/intimate: outdoor pool (adult & wading pool with raindrop umbrella feature) + game room (pool table, foosball).
- Currently closed one day a week for maintenance (Thursday).

Kind reminder that Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville suffered a major wildfire that destroyed thousands of homes. Obviously Natural Disasters such as these are out of human control. Every single home that is visible from our home is a new home that was built after the Big Wildfire of 2016. Our area has had multiple wildfires since; thus you might hear Construction noise from time to time as new homes are being built throughout all of Gatlinburg, Sevierville and Pigeon Forge so be advised that be it this home or any home in our area will have this challenge. The good thing about our area is that we have much less construction than most areas.
