Large 3-bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood in the village of Canton, NY

Welcome to our lovely house in the village of Canton. With 3 bedrooms including a queen, king, and full bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax.

This is our primary residence, we typically only rent it out for graduation weekends and family/alumni weekends at St. Lawrence University, SUNY Canton, SUNY Potsdam, and Clarkson University (we have another place to stay locally).

This is one of Canton’s nicer homes, located in one of the best neighborhoods. This is a quiet community and we expect renters to be quiet and respectful of our wonderful neighbors. We ask that no more than 10 people be on the property at one time (no parties!).

Nice kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
Formal living room, dining room, den, office, and half bathroom
Enclosed sun porch and deck
2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a bathroom
1 bedroom on the main floor with with a bathroom and washer/dryer
Fully finished basement with a family room, basic exercise room, and another full bathroom

We have a cat and large St. Bernard who drools constantly. While the pets will obviously not be in the house when it is rented out, this is probably not a good place for you if you have pet allergies. Additionally, please expect signs of pets including scratched furniture, scratched floors, and other dog/cat damage.

We do not charge a cleaning fee but instead expect guests to leave the house clean (we take care of the linens and towels).
