Lovingly restored, the stylish Pear Tree Apt. (#2), located in a historic 1880s home in the Village of Canton, NY is completely remodeled. Non-smoking property with private entrance has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living/dining & kitchen with 4burner glass cooktop, microwave & toaster. Bedroom is air conditioned during summer months. Walking distance to St. Lawrence University, Main St shops and restaurants. Fifteen minutes to Clarkson University and less than 5 minutes to SUNY Canton.

Guest access and surrounding areas:
On-site parking. Walking distance to Saint Lawrence University, cafes and coffee shops. Farmer's Market a couple of times a week is in the Park, 2 minutes away. Near the Adirondacks, 45 minutes to Ottawa, Canada and about 1 1/2 hours to Lake Placid.

We had a wonderful stay! The perfect location for a visit to SLU and walkable to downtown. The apartment was even better than the pictures and was well stocked with everything we needed. Super clean as well. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a perfect three night stay! We had a snowstorm and our driveway and stoop was completely plowed and shoveled. The home is so warm and cozy and we will definitely stay here again.

This peaceful apartment is great for a week in Canton. Its proximity to SLU made the twice daily commute simple - even in a snowstorm:) Additionally, the property manager was responsive to our needs when they came up.

Great stay, again!

Second time we have stayed at this adorable accommodation. Lots of space for 2 and close to SLU campus making it ideal for visiting for the weekend. Great response from the property manager for anything we needed.

New apartment in Canton

This is a newly renovated apartment in an old house. Perfect for a couple and very near SLU. We stayed there for Laurentian Weekend and it was perfect.

This was the cutest little space that met all of our needs. It is very clean and everything is modern. It was a very cozy place with all the comforts of home. It's also very close to the colleges and downtown. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my daughter at SUNY Canton!

Awesome stay

This apartment had everything I needed for my weekend stay. The property manager was very attentive and made sure everything was in place prior to my arrival. The location is fantastic and the apartment is charming. I’ll certainly be staying there when I am in town again. Thank you so much !

Perfect for patents weekend

Fit the bill for Clarkson parents weekend. Waited too long and everything in Potsdam was already booked. More room than a hotel room with great room and kitchenette with full siz fridge. Would stay again.

Nicely decorated

Watching SLU hockey made this place perfect. Only 4 blocks away!! I had a couple requests that were taken care of immediately. Thank Jerry! Love the antique decor. Beds were super comfy and we were able to cook for my son. Will definitely stay again.

St Lawrence Visit

I staying at this apartment as a SLU alum and stayed for the weekend. It was the perfect location to walk to campus and the center of town! The apartment was clean and we were provided with all the necessities. I would recommend this location 100%!
