Super Cute Guest Apartment with Private Entrance, Yard and Mountain Views.
Enjoy a pleasant stay at this 1-bedroom apartment in Calabasas. This cool retreat offers AC, WiFi, and a shared fitness room for guests to enjoy. This brand-new cozy bedroom and bathroom provide all the essentials for a fantastic getaway. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our apartment.
Our property is located across from Calabasas Peak and many great hiking trails. In addition, we are about 9 miles from Malibu Beach and 4-5 miles from the shops, restaurants and night life of Calabasas, Woodland Hills and Topanga.
You will enter our gated property from the driveway. Once you have booked we will provide an entry code. There is parking for one car behind the gate in front of the shared gym. You will walk around the gym which opens up to a grassy lawn with terracing, mountain views and mature trees. Enter the guest apartment from one of the 3 double French doors and enjoy the beautiful Spanish Tile and furnishings. You will find the apartment stocked with a kitchenette, dishes, utensils and glassware. The apartment has A/C and heat a full-sized bed and large flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick. The apartment has a shower, pedestal and vanity. The second private bathroom with toilet tub, shower and sinks is 10 steps away. You will walk along a lighted path ten steps past your outdoor gas grill and picnic table to get to the exterior door of your private second bathroom.
Shared gym has a TV, full set of weights, Pilates machine, treadmill, A/C and Elliptical.
This is non-smoking, non-vaping property with quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am daily. No drugs of any kind are allowed on the property.

Propietario/a: Andrea
Andrea is originally from New England but been out in the Los Angeles area for the past 28 years. Peter is originally from Reno/Tahoe area but lived in LA since his time at UCLA. We love hiking and bike riding by the beach as well as playing volleyball with friends. We enjoy kayaking and spending time with friends and family. We have been hosting guests for the last 19 years in LA and the Topanga Canyon area- however this is the first time we have opened up this new rental to guests. We are here to help if you need us but also happy to give our guests space and time to enjoy the area and property on their own! We enjoy creating a safe and cozy place for visitors to relax as well as meeting people from all over the world!

We love this neighborhood because it has beautiful mountain views and lots of "elbow room". You can see the stars at night and there is lots of wild life around to enjoy. We are close to the Malibu beaches and near wonderful hiking options but also just a quick drive to the wonderful restaurants and shopping that Calabasas and the greater region has to offer. It feels safe and welcoming.
