This suite has a good location in Venice Beach, close to grocery and drug stores. Finding a variety of restaurants within walking distance, however, was a bit more challenging. If you like Mexican and/or BBQ, you’re in luck. Beyond that, you’ll need a vehicle.This suite is perfectly sized for two people and we enjoyed the thoughtful design in such a small area. We felt completely safe, despite the alley access and also enjoyed the small outdoor area.Richard and Judy were great hosts and addressed our inquiry with lightspeed!

Good place!

The apartment is so nice, close to the beach, supermarkets, and places to eat. You can take your bikes and ride along the entire beach promenade. It's a great place to stay!

This unit worked out perfectly for me. Location was great for getting around with a rental car. As other reviews, mentioned, the entry is through a gated alley. It was no problem for me, but I could see it being difficult for a single female traveler. Otherwise, the unit was great, and I would recommend for a quick stay in the Venice beach area.

Cozy little place

We were very happy with our stay, just a heads up for anyone staying there isn’t air conditioning and the bed is at the top of the loft so it gets very warm up there, there is a fan that is okay but still very warm. However place was nice and clean, had all the listed amenities, and we felt safe behind the locked alley

Good Value!

Super cute and clean loft near Venice beach! Very affordable and safe for the area. It is in a gated community, which was nice for parking and safety. However, the gate is a manual gate with a physical lock and key so going anywhere or getting an Uber was mildly inconvenient. Host was awesome and greeted us upon arrival!

Perfect tiny home

If you like tiny homes, this is the place for you! Creative house design with all the necessities. Excellent location. Felt very safe as entrance was through a gated alley. A parking area and 2 bikes were a definite plus. Easy communication with Richard through the stay.

Great little Venice gem

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay. Check-in was easy and the place is really cute. A big bonus for us was we had access to two bikes that we used every day to cruise Venice and Santa Monica. Communication was also very quick and helpful. Highly recommended.

Comfortable home in great location

This all-in-one unit has privacy and is in a great location, within walking distance to all the shops on Rose Ave and to the beach. The bed is comfortable and the unit is well ventilated and cool and refreshing. Definitely a unique and clever layout! The bathroom is a reasonable size and not cramped.

Clean, Modern, and Cozy

Perfect property for 1 or 2 people to stay. The private gated community felt very safe and the area was surprisingly quiet. Property was fantastically maintained and gave a cool modern vibe. Basic toiletries were provided. Host was responsive and reached out to check in to make sure everything was OK. Great experience!

I love Tiny Homes so this was an easy pick for me. Host answered questions prior to arrival, love the interior and exterior aesthetic and is spacious, relatively close to Hollywood/beaches, Great Food/Groceries nearby, on Quiet Beautiful Street, Comfortable Bed/Extras, All things needed for Kitchen/Restroom. Parking spot is manageable. Check-in instructions were a bit lagged. The gate entrance to the property is not ideal for soloists, the area is safe/semi lit but the process could be improved. I would stay again/recommend to others. I hope this property succeeds!

My friend and I had a very fun stay in this exceptionally clean and well appointed, albeit small, rental unit. Although small, it is well laid out and very comfortable.Access is a bit complicated but the complications ensure an incredible amount of security and safety. A person would be hard pressed to find a more secure abode one and a half blocks off of Lincoln Boulevard.Its proximity to supermarkets shops and restaurants is wonderful.Design choices made on the interior were very appealing. How often do you have quality original artwork hung beautifully in a rental unit?The very small and enclosed courtyard area does really not get any direct sunlight throughout the day. A person has to exit the courtyard and spend time in the secure alley to get any sun while at the unit. Also, the only window that is clear and not frosted is a high awning window that does not reveal much of the outdoor environment. If you are claustrophobic, this might become an issue.I have asked myself if I would stay here again and the answer is yes. The positives outweigh the negatives. My friend and I were out in the city so much that not a lot of time was spent in our home away from home but it was a great place to come home too at the end of a long day.

Exactly what we needed!

We rented this home for our son who was moving to the area to start a new job while he looked for permanent housing. The home was perfect. It was clean, cozy and COOL according to him! He also loved the location which was close to shopping and coffee and he said that the hosts were incredibly helpful with instructions for finding the home, and asking if there was anything he needed during his extended stay. From my perspective as a bit of a nervous mom sending her son to a new area for a new job without a permanent place to call home, I found that the hosts were amazing at answering all of my questions. They responded quickly and were so responsive and accommodating when I needed to adjust some dates at the last minute. It was a great experience all around and I’ll save the property in my favorites list as an option for when we are in the area for a visit!
