The Space:

As you enter the villa, you are greeted by an interior patio that connects you to the main entrance of the house, displaying spectacular handwoven double stairs. The living room opens up to a large terrace that overlooks the golf course and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views.



The dining room is located next to the living room and features a large dining table that can seat up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and has a breakfast bar that is perfect for quick meals.



The villa has five spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and have large windows that allow plenty of natural light to enter.



The villa also features an outdoor private swimming pool that is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. There are also plenty of outdoor seating areas where guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful Caribbean weather.

Getting Around:

The villa is located within the Punta Cana Resort, which offers guests access to world-class amenities, including a championship golf course, a private beach club, tennis courts, and several restaurants and bars. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the resort's many activities, including snorkeling, scuba diving, and fishing excursions.



Cancellation Policy:



Any cancellation must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to arrival, under penalty of losing the entire deposit. Cancellations within 59 days or less will not be refunded.



Dec. 18 thru Jan. 5 and Thanksgiving week: The Reservation Deposit is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.



In the event that the cancellation is due to force majeure, the Intermediary will propose to the Renter new possible rental dates available for the same property, within a period of twelve (12) months from the signing of this agreement, and taking into account possible rate changes per season.



The rate published is excluding 18% governmental tax which is payable along with the payment at the time of booking.
