Nuestra casa está completamente renovado y totalmente equipado, los tres de nuestras habitaciones tienen nuevo 32 'blue ray y DVD TV suministrada y 55' con WiFi y conexión inalámbrica a Internet en la sala de estar. Cocina, encimeras de granito, baños totalmente remodelados nueva piscina cerrada climatizada en el patio privado completamente remodelado.
Todos los muebles nuevos, parrilla de gas en el exterior, lavadora y secadora, casa para no fumadores.

We have been coming to this area and renting for over 20 years. This house and the host were amazing. The place was extremely comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed hanging at the house and swimming in the pool. The host was proactive in communication and available if we had any needs. We have family in the surrounding area and would love to return in the coming months and for 2026 Christmas if it's available. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.Joe & Cheryl Dunbar

As always we had a wonderful stay here. The kids favorite part is the pool. It was the perfect temperature. It was hard to keep my little fish out of it. We love being so close to the beach! Plus, there are so many restaurants close by, grocery stores, or anything else you may need. We cant wait to stay again next year.

Great home

This is the perfect home away from home. Plenty of space, very comfortable, awesome pool. Great location and quiet neighborhood. All the items you need for the beach, and well stocked kitchen with all supplies you need to cook meals. Super place to stay.

We were quite pleased with the property, we had plenty of room the amenities were more than adequate. The home had all the necessities we needed. The location was perfect to visit family as it was located between each relative. we would certainly book again.

Happy with stay

House was nice and as described / depicted in photos and even better than expected. Pool is wonderful and was great to have since the ocean water was very cold. Location is close to grocery store (Aldi) and lots of restaurants. Quick drive to Naples or Estero with tons of shopping options. Property owners are friendly and welcoming.

It felt like home....

This was our first time staying in a home for our Florida vacation. Rick's home was perfect in every way; location, provided amenities, size, layput, pool, etc. Our trip was to see family and get out of northwest Indiana. We entertained family on Sunday and couldn't ask for a more perfect home. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience.

The perfect place to stay

The house is in a quiet location but close to sonmany amentities and the beach. The pool was perfect for us. It not only had a shallow end for my littles but a deep end for my oldest and I. I couldn't keep them out of it. Richard amd Cindy had bikes and coolers, beach toys, amd pool toys fornus to use. The house was s had spices and everything we needed to cook dinners. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay for our first family vacation. We will definitely use this place again.

Great family home

This home had everything we could need for our stay! Very comfortable beds and lots of space. We watched movies every night on the reclining couches. The pool was so warm! The host provided us with bikes which we rode daily. There was even a Christmas tree set up in the living room. These hosts have taken the time to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place for their guests.

EVERYTHING AND MORE!

Everything was just as described and more. Clean, nicely decorated, very home like, has everything you need and the pool FANTASTIC! Very quiet neighborhood. Rick responded quickly to my inquiries, was very friendly and informative. We never had to contact him again while we were there. We had a wonderful time and are already planning, not if but when we can go back.

Bonita Springs home

This home was everything that the listing shows and more! We had a wonderful stay here (2 adults and a 13 and 15 year old). Communication with Richard the owner was prompt and easy. He and his wife were very welcoming and accommodating. Check in process was easy. Home has a wonderful layout and is even bigger than it appears in pictures. We had plenty of room to spread out or room to be together if we wanted. Home was very neat and clean and had everything we needed (towels, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, kitchen necessities, etc). Pool was wonderful with plenty of patio furniture. Location of home was great! Quiet neighborhood. 6-7 minute drive to Barefoot and Bonita Beaches. Easy access to 41 and 75. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to go back!!

Lovely home, great location, terrific hosts

Came through the door and immediately felt at home. Comfortable furnishings, beautiful pool in back, kitchen had everything we needed. Hosts provided everything we needed, including plenty of soap and paper products - much nicer than the usual first day "starter pack" that we've had in other places. From the basket of pool towels to the placemats for the table, everything was set up to make us feel like welcome guests.Great communication before and during our stay. We had a plumbing problem and were really impressed by how well and quickly it was handled (and on a Sunday, too). We were there the first week in July, and the huge mango tree in back dropped fruits for us every day. We've never had more mangoes than we could eat before! I gave some away, froze some, and brought fruit home to share with friends. What a treat!Loved the neighborhood. The street circles around a little pond that's just across from the front yard. Aldi grocery store is super close, and Bonita Beach is just a short drive away. Everybody says go to Doc's at beach access #1, but there are 8 or 9 access points, and we preferred the uncrowded ones with just a few parking spots.Bonita Springs has lots of great thrift stores and some excellent restaurants. Don't miss Muji Thai or Coconut Jack's! The pizza at Zeppe's was good, too.We highly recommend renting this lovely home!

Ganz okay

Die FW war ganz okay. Sehr groß und ausreichend Platz für alle. An einigen Stellen hätte es sauberer sein können. Eine Toilette war noch komplett dreckig (gelbe Spuren vom Vorgänger), ein Kissenbezug hatte rote Flecken. Ansonsten sehr toll war der Pool, besser kann man es nicht haben. Empfehlung: ja. Schade dass man die mitbezahlte Garage nicht nutzen konnte, da diese mit dem PKW des Eigentümers belegt war. Und private Pakete vom Vermieter muss man sich nicht in die FW liefern lassen. Aber gut. Die Räume waren gut verteilt und der Platz war enorm. Top. Was wir nicht so toll fanden, waren mega viele Reste (Deo, Sonnenmilch, Rasierzeug, Shampoo, Duschcremes, Seife, Handcreme, etc.) von den vorherigen Mietern. Wer benutzt fremde Deos? Auch Unmengen von angefangenen Lebensmitteln...na ja. . Fazit: wir bekommen bestimmt wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Sehr geräumiges und schönes Haus. Der Pool ist toll und hat genau die richtige Größe. Die Küchenausstattung mit Geschirr könnte besser sein, ist aber für as kurze Zeit ausreichend. Der Eigentümer hat sich hervorragend gekümmert und bei Problemen sofort reagiert. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder mieten.

Wunderbare Urlaubstage in einem tollen Haus

Wir haben im Juli/August 10 wunderbare Tage in dem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Bilder geben nicht annähernd die Größe oder Ausstattung des Hauses wieder. Das gesamte Haus ist großzügig und bietet viel Platz für uns 4 Personen. Außerdem mag ich sehr gerne den Split Level Stil. 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad auf der einen Seite und das Master-Schlafzimmer mit Bad auf der anderen Seite. Die beiden weiteren Schlafzimmer sind beide mit einem Queensize Bett ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich dekoriert. Bei unseren Töchtern kam kein Streit um die Zimmer auf, weil beide Zimmer gleich schön waren. Das Haus erwartete uns super sauber und war sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Und alles war genau beschrieben, so dass wir keine Rückfragen hatten und keinen Kontakt zu Rick aufnehmen mussten. Toll fand ich zum Beispiel, dass jeder Lichtschalter eine Bezeichnung hatte. So musste man zum Beispiel das Pool Licht nicht lange suchen. Insgesamt ist das ein tolles Haus und ich würde es wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Bonita Springs kommen.

This house was everything we were looking for! The price was affordable and amenities were amazing! The heated pool and well lit pool area was perfect for a night time swim. The house was very clean and looks like it was kept up with. Rick and Cindy have a beautiful home!

A restful vacation home

Beautiful home. The photos don't do it justice. It was peaceful and beautifully decorated. It had a very nice layout and it had everything we needed. We cooked most of our meals in the home and it had everything we needed. We have stayed at a few homes over the years in Bonita Springs and this was one of the best ones for sure! We would love to stay here again.

Perfect place for a family vacation!

We very much enjoyed our time at Rick and Cindy’s place! It was the perfect place for our family’s vacation over Christmas. The house had all the things we needed and plenty of space. This is our second rental property, the first is a two story 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Home in Berkley, Michigan.

We chose Bonita Springs Florida because it's 15 minutes to fort Myers Beach and Estero Island. The liveliest section is Time Square, with restaurants, shops, and Hotels.
However it does have its more tranquil side at the south end where there are pristine, soft white Beaches.

The large screened lanai and pool area is very airy, very sunny and very private with 3 large door walls from our home to the private lanai and private heated pool.
