Charming 1-bedroom cabin in amazing Pilot Mountain with Lake access

Our fun log cabin is the perfect place to escape it all and get away. We are experienced hosts, just new to Vrbo. The loft sleeps 2 in a queen bed. The full bath has a walk-in shower and the living room has a gas fireplace & TV. The kitchen lets you fix your meals. You'll have full access to the lake & pontoon paddle boat. Go fishing, boating, hiking on the property. We have a large fire pit for you to use and fishing gear & life jackets We are so close to State Parks, Pilot Mountain & Hanging Rock. Tour Mayberry at Mt. Airy and More.
The space
The loft sleeps 2 in a queen bed. There is a pull out sofa in the den. The full bath has a walk-in shower and the living room has a gas fireplace & TV. The kitchen lets you fix your meals. The back porch is screened in with fans and the front porch has a great view of the lake with large rockers and ceiling fans.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire cabin, the back porch with gas fire table, the large fire pit, the lake and pontoon boat and hiking around the 10 acres of properties.
Other things to note
Our cabin is a 1940s built tobacco curing barn. It was dismantled in the 80s and moved and converted into a live-in cabin at its current site. It was a in-law suite for many years and we've recently remodeled it for a vacation home.

We loved our stay at the cabin. It was so beautiful inside and out. My husband and I had lots of exploring to do but coming back to the cabin every evening being able to sit back and relax in front of the fireplace was amazing. We are currently starting to plan another trip and will definitely be choosing the cabin again.

We loved our stay at the cabin. Bob and Candy were wonderful hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed and helped us launch the boat. The cabin was so cute and cozy. It was spotlessly clean and had so many thoughtful amenities like extra toothbrushes and an assortment of coffee and tea. We loved sitting on the front porch overlooking the lake, sitting by the gas fire pit on the back patio, and exploring the lake in the awesome pontoon pedal boat. The stairs up to the loft bedroom were quite steep—not a problem for us, but might be challenging for some people. The location was close to Pilot Mountain and Hanging Rock, and we enjoyed hiking at both parks, as well as eating some great meals in nearby Mt. Airy. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to come back!

This is an absolute gem! The owners have created a slice of heaven on earth. The cabin is fully stocked with anything you could possibly require (which is over and above). It is comfortable, spotless, quiet, unique, rustic, fun and in a gorgeous location with activities all around. We plan on coming every year!

The cabin was decorated so cute, very clean and had everything we needed. The owners live within a few feet of the cabin next door. They came over to greet us shortly after we arrived to give us instructions. The wood fire pit in their backyard was available for us to use as well. We loved back screened in porch. We enjoyed sitting outside by the propane fire pit nightly. All the decorative lights, speakers and fans were a nice touch!
