This home is close to Valley Studios and has easy access to Freeways, Van Nuys airport, and canyon routes over "the hill." Close to several famous Hollywood attractions including the Hollywood Sign, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Universal Studio Tour, Wax Museum, Griffith Park, and LA Zoo. Restaurants, coffee shops, shopping malls, and grocery stores are also within short driving distance!

It has plenty of light and flows together to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The sofa bed is comfy, so you can curl up with a good movie or board game. A French door opens to a restful view of the very private backyard.
It sets the mood of peace and tranquility as you relax in the dining and living areas.

The chef at heart will delight in the gourmet kitchen with stunning quartz counters and stainless appliances and has everything for your cooking needs. The breakfast bar and dining table are perfect places to socialize and eat delicious meals together.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds with a 55" LG Smart TV.

The 4th bedroom is converted into an office and features a convertible loveseat. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space.

For those who are working while here, we have an office and high-speed WiFi for you to use!

The captivating glow of outdoor lights perfectly adds to your magical evening while enjoying a delicious barbecue in your own private backyard! You can also let your pet out in the fenced-in backyard!

An ensuite washer and dryer, pack n' play, child seat booster, and 4 driveway spaces are all provided during your stay!

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
