Many claims in this review are untrue, meant to defame my property, or very exaggerated to say the least. If you take time to review my review history, I had many 5 star reviews for hosting since 2018. Property was professional cleaned right before Polin's arrival, we went through the complete check list to ensure guest's comfortable stay. Guest did not make any complaint or reached out to host or Vrbo during her entire stay, but only reached out to Vrbo after she checked out to ask for cleaning fee refund. After I decline her request, she messaged me that she would leave a bad review if she didn't receive her partial refund (not just cleaning fee), which she did exact just that. Guest asked many questions very frequently prior to her arrival, I tried to respond as much as I could, but many questions seemed not in urgent matter, but if I didn't respond within hours or minutes, she would send another same message or a question mark, even though I took questions of guest very seriously, but I really were not able answer her questions with hours and minutes. She told me initially she wasn't certain how many will be at property also indicated she planned to have a party at the house, so I did check with her prior to her arrival how many will be at property, I had to ask more than once only because she ignored my question when I asked her first of second time until finally get some answer. It is important for me to know how many at property if there is a party of gathering.
