Al entrar en nuestra unidad, se sentirá tranquilo por los colores y muebles cálidos, acogedores y relajantes, así como por las magníficas vistas. La sala de estar está amueblada con un elegante sofá y una silla para que pueda relajarse mientras mira su programa favorito en el televisor de pantalla plana de 32 '.

Las comidas se pueden preparar en nuestra cocina totalmente equipada y luego disfrutarlas en la hermosa mesa y sillas elevadas o en el mostrador / bar de la cocina. El refrigerador de tamaño completo sin duda será útil para todos sus productos perecederos.

Disfrute de las comodidades del hogar cuando ingrese al dormitorio principal. Será recibido por los relajantes colores y muebles de esta habitación elegantemente decorada. Hemos proporcionado un televisor que se coloca en un armario para una visualización cómoda. Nuestra unidad también está equipada con literas dobles de tamaño completo, así como un sofá cama desplegable de matrimonio.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views

The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Everything was perfect from cleanliness to communication with the owner. Everything is updated and in pristine condition. The kitchen has everything you need and my children loved the option of sitting at the kitchen bar for breakfast. Next time we come to Destin we will definitely book this condo again.

Rest & Relaxation

Perfect place to get away too. Prime location that is close to anything you may need. 3rd time staying here and the water has always been clear and beach is top notch. Its a smaller condominium building so the beach area and pool area is not very crowded. Highly recommend.

Excellent Stay!

We had a fabulous 2 weeks at this lovely condo. The owner Michelle was very gracious and accommodating. The location was perfect - away from the main road and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, as well as tastefully decorated. We truly enjoyed this property and hope to return!!!

Perfect place, beautiful view.

Spacious which is perfect for us, perfect size of furniture, usually the dinner tables are too big or dressers are to big and it makes difficult to walk around, this place has just what is necessary and makes the place so beautiful, it is a few steps to the beach, nice view from the balcony! We will definitely comeback to this place, clean, beautiful and perfect place to relax.

PERFECT beach getaway

Lovely and comfy condo. (loved the pillows) Condo and grounds meticulously kept. Quiet area right on the beach but just a moment from the grocery and 98. Away from the crowds and completely relaxing. The chair/umbrella service is a nice touch. We enjoyed the Back Porch restaurant as well as Deweys of Destin on the Harbor (we like casual fish joints). Nice drive to Seaside and other fun beaches.

Amazing Condo

This is the second time my family has stayed in this exact unit. Michelle is fabulous and answered every question quickly and thoroughly. We have two children so the bunk beds and the jack and jill bath make it incredibly comfortable for our whole family. I really can't say enough good things about this property. We love it.

Beautiful beachfront condo!

This condo was beautiful and so well appointed! We were travelling with our two children and there was plenty of space for the four of us. It is literally steps from the pool and the beach and you have a beautiful view of both from your balcony. The kitchen is lovely and had everything we needed as well. The bathroom setup is fantastic for a family with a jack and jill bathroom. We are already talking about booking a stay next year. Can't say enough great things about my experience with the owners and our stay.

My wife and I just returned after a week at Mrs Egans condo. It was great, with everything we needed for a weeks stay. I had a small problem with the tv, but Mrs. Egan called me back within 5 minutes with an answer. You can't go wrong with this unit. We hope to be able to stay here for years to come. What a great getaway spot!

We had a great time renting this unit. It had everything we needed for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to have the extra bathroom space with the shower in between them. The bed was comfortable as was the couch and chair in the living room. The view was great! It was so easy to either take the elevator down one floor or walk down the steps and onto the beach. It really was just steps away. I would definitely go back again! Michelle was so, so easy to work with and responded back so quickly!

A Diamond in the Rough

Beautiful stay at the beach

This property is located at the end of the scenic beach road, easy to get in and out of to go eat. The beach is restricted to condo residents only, and we really appreciated that our stay included beach service of 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for us each day. (head out your first day and select an open spot) They do a great job of making sure everyone has a clear view of the beautiful water. The beach is just right around the corner of the building and was never crowded while we were there. We were able to see dolphins from our second floor balcony! Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very helpful. We would definitely stay in this property again.

Amazing!

We had such a great time at this condo. The weather was amazing, the water was so clear, the sand was so white. Michelle made everything about booking so easy! The beach is only a walkover away with 2 chairs set up each morning, which was such a convenience. I suggest getting there early as the attendant told us chair location was "first come first serve". There definitely wasn't a chair with a bad view, but if you are taking an ice chest, bags, snacks, etc... the chairs closest to the walkover are easier. Of course this didn't hinder our experience at all, just a good workout for the day! It was a short drive into Destin where we did a dolphin and helicopter tour that was absolutely wonderful. The Surf Hut is a great restaurant right down the road that we loved, probably one of our favorite meals from this trip. Everything about our stay was wonderful and we were so sad to leave!

AWESOME CONDO AND OWNER

My family came down to Destin this past July for a week, and were first time visitors. Michelle was simply the best in helping us out to plan the week. Due to an emergency illness of our pet back home, we had to leave after just 4 days there. We had to drive 16 hours straight home, to get back to Tulsa and then put him down. Michelle gave us a refund of the other 3 nights, and understood 100% on how a family crisis can sneak up on a vacation. She was very gracious in giving us a refund without question. I don't believe very few, if any, property owners would do this. I told her we would book again with only her, using one of her 3 condo's here at the same location. If you want a clean space, excellent master bed, and a beautiful site/view of the beach, this is the only place to use.

A Perfect Getaway!

Our entire experience with this rental was First Class, beginning with the actual process of reserving the condo. Michelle could not have been more accommodating, making sure every detail was covered during the reservation process. The location of the condo is perfect - just across the street from a large premium shopping mall, grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants. However, because the Windancer building is secluded down a lane toward the Gulf, and is buffered by rental homes and trees, there is absolutely no street noise. Also, all of this activity is on the back side of the building with the front facing the beach, adding to the "your private beach" atmosphere. We found the condo to be totally in order and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is especially well stocked with cookware, dinnerware and appliances. The configuration of the bath was a Jack and Jill, divided by shower/laundry. This made for a perfect set-up for my wife and me. The service providing two chairs and an umbrella was included in the price and added to our enjoyment of the beach each day. Two large, well equipped charcoal grills are available. The pool is well-maintained as are the surrounding grounds. We have already booked this condo for next year! Need I say more? Thank you Michelle!! B&N Nashville, TN

Favorite getaway

We found this property on VRBO and absolutely loved what we read on the reviews and how these units compared to other rentals within Windancer. Not that we can speak to other units, but we wouldn't consider renting any other because of how the overall experience has been - just can't be beat! The 1 BR floorplan is probably one of the most popular plans throughout Destin/Santa Rosa/Miramar as it optimizes what we want as renters and what owners want from their investment. The best parts about this property and the owners are: 1 - Great location!!! Close enough if you want to get into Destin's activities and just far enough to not be IN the congestion during the season!!! You're less than 10 minutes to Trebeache, The Donut Hole, Cristiano's and a host of other great eateries that are out of the way for most tourists yet very close to you from here. 2 - Great location!!! You're less than 20 steps to the boardwalk and the beach!!! There's approximately 200 yd depth of beach between the property and the water. White quartz sand beach is as soft and white as you'll find it against the emerald green water Destin is known for. The water is crystal clear here at this property. When you've stayed in as many properties as we have over the past decade here from Seacrest, Rosemary, Waterside, Grayton and the like, then you understand and appreciate how unfortunate your experience can be when the water you have at your property is NOT emerald green. The water here is always pristine! You have access to the LDV beach chairs/umbrella and the guys who work Windancer are always fun, friendly and accommodating making your stay that much more enjoyable. 3 - Great location!!! Michelle and Dan are in GA and not some local or distant management company who treat you as a transaction. They are personable high-touch caring owners who want to ensure your visit is great. Anything can and will happen on your vacation or getaway - this you know - being flexible is what an owner will be vs a management or realty company. We always look forward to coming to Windancer and getting away from it all! We plan on returning many times over because everything you look for in a destination property for your family, couples retreat or single getaway is here. For us, it's 10 hours to our vacation home in Sarasota which takes a lot of planning on our part. We can get to Windancer in 4 hours door-to-door from Birmingham, AL and we love it!

A Wonderful & Quiet Stay

My wife an I had great end of summer stay at The WindDancer. The Egans place (206) is clean, updated and has a beautiful view of Miramar Beach. Michelle made sure our arrival and departure were smooth and trouble free. This 48 unit complex is a short drive off the main road. A couple of quick turns off Hwy 98 gets you away from the crowd and to this hidden and private complex,. It's just 50 yards from a wide and deep stretch of white sandy beachfront. The beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) is a huge plus and the setup crew made us feel right at home. The property has everything you need and is within walking distance or a short drive of numerous places to eat, shop, morning coffee and groceries. We are making plans to come back. It's a tough chore to tell everyone about a place you want to keep for yourselves but the Egans have been so kind and made our trip so memorable we thought everyone should know. Great location!

We’ve stayed at this condo before (just different owners and room), and this is our preference every time. Being able to walk directly out to the beach and only share the space with a limited # of people is what works best for us. The property owner was also easy to deal with and even called us to let us know we could check in early… traffic dictated otherwise, but the thought was what counted. My only wish for this property is to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom as it’s the warmest room in the condo (it was the same in the other one we stayed in), and we’ll probably bring a fan next time we stay just in case. Other than that, I definitely recommend and we will be back!
