Great Place to Stay!

We had the best time!

We LOVED that we could walk to the beach and only had to drive if we wanted to eat at one of the wonderful restaurants within a few miles. The folks at the main office were so kind and cheerful, even though we arrived very close to quitting time. The condo was easy to find and VERY clean when we arrived AND it had 2 refrigerators! (which we filled up very quickly). 10 outta 10! We will 100% be back next year.

Overall a good stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our visit was great. The condo could use a few things to make it more comfortable. Upon our arrival The air unit was not working but the staff fixed it right away. The ac unit struggles to keep the temp below 80 during the day. At night the bedrooms tend to get warm and there aren't any fans in the rooms to help with it. The beds are very firm so if you like a firm mattress you're set. The condo was clean and great location next to one of the pools.

Cute condo!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute, nicely decorated condo with cold AC! But, there was one pretty big issue. The kitchen fridge did not work properly. We reported the issue to sandpiper the next day when we discovered some of our food had spoiled. Sandpiper was aware of the problem and had already placed 2 unplugged mini fridges in the living room. They said it was up to the condo owner to replace the fridge. I do wish we would have been warned upon arrival. For the remainder of the stay, we used the mini fridges and ice chests which was not ideal. Otherwise, no complaints. Hopefully the fridge will be replaced for future renters.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No lights in the bedrooms so you have to open the window curtains, but if you open the window curtains, the a/c can’t keep up! All 3 beds are hard as rocks, no recoil to them at all. Pull out couch had crumbs and hair all in it so the kids couldn’t even sleep on that even if they wanted to. Wouldn’t recommend this one! Next!

Perfect condo, but...

Reviewer Comments: This condo is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you would need to have a great stay as my family did, but the one MAJOR negative are the beds! The twin beds are EXTRA EXTRA firm(like nothing I’ve ever felt) and we ended up having to purchase a mattress topper from Target in order to sleep on them. The master bed is firm too! So, if you’re a middle of the road mattress sleeper make sure you bring a topper of some sort or you will be miserable! There have been multiple complaints about the mattresses and I hope the owner will take the complaints to heart because everything else about the condo is PERFECT! I’ve stayed at SPC for over 20 plus years and it pains me to even write a negative review, but I want future renters to be aware of what they might run into and to just be prepared when staying in this unit!

Only drawback to this unit is that it is more expensive than most and beach service is not included, which is generally included with most rentals on the property, no matter the entity through whom we have rented it.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed this unit for our short little getaway! Love the location and amenities of sandpiper cove. The place was clean and updated. Beds were a little on the harder side - and would be nice if they condo had a little community beach toy closet. We flew so had to buy all of that and then we just gave it away in the beach when it was time to go. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Sandpiper Cove is a GREAT community and everyone is always very friendly. Unit was very clean, well equipped, spacious and great walking distance to beach. Will definitely return.

Steps away from a pool, and short walk to private beach area. The security guard was very rude and unhelpful upon arrival, telling us that someone had already checked into our unit which was not true. But the rental office agent was friendly and got it all sorted out. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Restful Stay in Paradise

Clean and well maintained. The only negative was that you had to go thru the master bath from the master bedroom to get to the rest of the condo. Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. We have stayed at Sandpiper Cove many times and keep coming back. The private white sand beach is very relaxing and includes restrooms and a snack bar.
