Super cute upstairs apt. Clean with an open floor plan. As someone from AZ, I am used to having central AC and understand that most Californians aren’t that way. I appreciated the AC units in the main living space and each bedroom. They did a great job of cooling - but I had a hard time figuring out exactly how they worked. Also, the unit in the main space never actually turned on. But I found floor oscillating fans to use as well. Overall, great stay! Quiet neighborhood!

Excellent space and location

The space was very nice and the location to Main Street and the beach was excellent! Public transportation is around the corner and perfect to utilize to get to the beach. Would love to stay here again!

They were very nice. A couple of glitches we were able to fix. It looks like they completely refurnished it and the appointments are lovely. Just to note, no dishwasher but that wasn't a problem. If you are in an upstairs unit, the stairs are a little wonky and I'm only mentioning this. If you have difficulty walking or with your legs. That is the A unit. There's a little patio but it's really sweet to sit out there and get some fresh air and a bit of the Huntington Beach vibe. It was quiet and very accessible to Beach boulevard and just 5 minutes drive from the beach. They need more toiletries which I mentioned. New fresh towels, cleaning products, a trash can and a bedrooms and a new clicker for the TV in the living room. It's the thing they left there was a dinosaur!! I hope it's been replaced. I left a dish towel, a hand towel for the bathroom, salt and pepper. Overall a nice place and the team was very responsive.

Bad experience

Booked this property a week prior to staying, only for them to cancel the morning of. They said they had a different property. It was further North than what we wouldve liked but having no other options we took the 2nd property at a 20% discount. The 2nd home had no power. After many calls and a few hours, they said they wouldnt be able to get the power on during our stay and that they owe 7,000.00 on the power bill.Skipping to the 3rd property they send us to. All the way in long beach, when this first property was dead in the center of Huntington. They offered us a %15 discount on it, which was less than the discount on the 2nd. Long story short, the house had an off putting smell, sheets felt like they were filled with sand or crumbs, and I will never be booking with these people again.
