Completamente renovado. Todo a estrenar! Hermosos pisos nuevos, cabina de ducha, cocina, muebles, etc. Esta villa de un dormitorio tiene una cocina completa, sala de estar combinada con sala de estar y un dormitorio separado con una cama tamaño king y un baño. Esta unidad también tiene un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar y un par de camas literas ideal para niños pequeños. El balcón de la sala de estar ofrece una vista directa del océano y de la nueva piscina. Cada unidad en Ocean Dunes tiene servicio de internet inalámbrico y acceso a la "nueva" piscina frente al mar y zona de picnic. Los huéspedes también tienen acceso gratuito al gimnasio Player's Club, que cuenta con un gimnasio completo y una piscina cubierta climatizada. Had some wifi issues the 1st day. Trying to get ahold of property management and getting a phone trre then nobody's available message was annoying. Went to the office where we were helped. Overall a very nice place and in a great location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not as great as the past. Nothing has been updated in 5 years, please get a new couch, new TV and bed. The shower had a cup around the nozzle to keep the water inside the shower (we're guessing). The floor is creaking badly in many areas. The price keeps going up every year but the updates have been zero. We will not be staying in this rental again. Too bad because it's a great location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is perfect for a couple or small family! We arrived to an exceptionally clean condo and loved the view! Being on the first level was a bonus for us because we took a wagon to the beach daily and didn’t need to deal with the elevator, but could used the ramp.The location of the unit was PERFECT for a nice walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping and dining. A little less than a mile away seemed like nothing on the shaded pathways along with a beautiful view.I would suggest bringing a couple extras, TP, paper towels: you are given one roll of each. And I was glad we brought shampoo, condition, and body wash because the sample sizes wouldn’t have lasted us the week.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable in this unit. We have already begun planning for a return trip to the island and will definitely stay here again!

It is conveniently located next to the Hilton Resort and you can use the food service area to include Starbucks and a bar with limited menu of mixed drinks. It is within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

HHI Holiday Visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to HHI when it was a holiday week for July 4th. Lots of fireworks on the beach which made it easy to enjoy! Our unit was as described and very well equipped in the kitchen. It was a nice size for 2 people, and having the patio towards the beach was great!The only things that I would tell people to keep in mind is the following:-Limited parking offered and it was over capacity during the holiday time-Choose a higher floor if you want less noise-Bring beach towels and a beach cart -The pool is rather small and wasn’t always super clean due to the sandThe rental company was great to work with and we are hoping to stay at another property with them upon our return. This was our third time to the island and we really enjoy it more and more each visit!

Very nice ocean front / pool view location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best thing about this place is the location. The unit faces the ocean with a pool view, it is a very nice view. It is a very quick walk to the pool and the beach area.Also,you can take a quick bike ride to food and shopping. We enjoyed riding our bikes on the beach at night. The beach at this location is nice and maybe not as crowded as some areas. The unit is also clean amd updated. Our family did have a good time. There is a food place next door that has decent burgers and chicken fingers. I do want to be honest about a few things we had issue with. The air unit in our bedroom was extremely loud and it was difficult to sleep. The top bunk of the bunkbed really needs a safety rail so it can be used. The pool is a little on the small side, so it was extremely crowded during certain times of the day. Some of the guests were eating and drinking in the pool which was a little discouraging when they would spill stuff in the pool. The vacation rental company was easy to work with and helpful. Overall Hilton Head is great we had alot of fun, but this location is a little rundown.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been renting from here for over 5 years and this was our worst experience. The pool water was skimmed each day and that was it, the filter was broken and there was sand on the bottom of the pool the entire week, bugs and dirt all over the water. Pretzels and other food items were left in the cabinets, the TV remotes didn't work so I went and got new batteries. Defiantely not what we were used to, will rethink using them again. Nothing has been updated in years

Great stay!

The condo is very clean and looks exactly as it is pictured (maybe even nicer than pictures) the view is wonderful, and the condo complex is nice and low key. The pool was just okay but served it’s purpose! Beach’ was just steps from the door, and the patio furniture was very modern and comfy! Bathroom was a little small, but, it was nicely decorated and served it’s purpose! Would recommend this condo

Better than average but a few hiccups

The view was great! We loved being able to walk right to the beach! Close to restaurants and shopping. We had an unfortunate incident with a resident upstairs who decided to cut their hair and throw it off the balcony and it unfortunately landed all over our balcony. It was long, dark hairs... lots of them! It was very disgusting. Also, they only give you 2 trash bags for the week. When I called management and asked for more trash bags they said I was responsible for providing more of them or I would be charged a fee. I had already bought more toilet paper and paper towels on my own and wanted to have another trash bag to clean the condo out at the end of our stay. Management ended up bringing over trash bags but you could tell they were very irritated from the small request. The pool was good, it is a bit small and they don’t usually clean the pool out every morning until 10:30 and there is usually quite a few bugs in it every morning. Also, there are a couple of beach chairs they keep under the bed. There were two different lock combinations to get them apart but neither one of them worked. Also, one of the beach chairs has a really sharp edge where you sit and it scraped my leg. Other than that, all was good. If I knew all of these things going into the trip then I wouldn’t have been surprised and would have been prepared for the little hiccups.

Condo as pictured!!!

Our only complaint would be the shower spray. There was no way to adjust the amount of water (there is usually a push/pull to that type of adjustment) so, even though there was a shower head adjustment, the water pressure actually stings your skin no matter what you do. We are in our mid 70's and our skin is not as tough as it used to be. The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of storage to unpack belongings! We would rent again!

Fall Break Getaway

The listing was just as pictured. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Ample cooking supplies. Easy walk to the beach. It was perfect for me and my husband. The walk to Coligny was very easy and we enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. Most everyone was abiding by Covid guidelines and we felt safe throughout our stay. HHI is beautiful if you have not visited before, I highly suggest a trip soon! We would stay here again!

Best rental!

We loved this rental! Clean and had everything we needed. Pool wasn’t too crowded and was very well maintained. We saw someone there every morning cleaning it. Condo was exactly as described. Recently remodeled very well done too. Perfect location, we walked where we needed to go. We will definitely rent this space again. Thank you for a great long weekend!
