Esta villa de un dormitorio tiene una cocina completa, sala de estar comedor combinado y dormitorio separado con una cama de matrimonio y un baño. Esta unidad también tiene un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar y un par de literas ideal para niños pequeños. El balcón de la sala de estar ofrece una vista directa del océano. Cada unidad en Ocean Dunes tiene servicio de internet inalámbrico y acceso a la "Nueva" piscina frente al mar y área de picnic. Quaint, clean and great location

Had a great time! Space fit our needs and we would go back! Definitely better suited for children in the 7-15 year old range as the built in bunks are for smaller people!

We enjoyed sitting on the deck at sunrise drinking coffee and watching the day begin. There was a short walk to the beach. We were pleased with the accommodations and had a wonderful visit.

A dream

The condo was fantastic as it was beach front and easily accessibe to all restaurants. There is a pool on property that was very clean and nice. The condo itself was clean and well kept.

Beautiful views!

Great location with beautiful beach view! The unit is older and unfortunately had a bad musty smell. Otherwise it was well equipped and close to shopping and restaurants.

Small condo big enough for a couple or family with small child. Mold all over the bathroom. In the shower and ceiling.

Great view missing the finishing touches

Very clean, super ocean view, just missing a few finishing touches ie sliding door to balcony needs a sliding screen door, and new patio furniture tub surround needs replacing knives were very dull refrig and stive had rust

Very Homey Feel

My husband even admitted it was a great choice and well maintained property and he prefers resorts! It is an older property but well maintained. Our unit was well furnished with all that we needed. Bathroom was only space that showed age really. We never adjusted the a/c and was comfortable all weekend! Saved us alot of $$ on Labor Day weekend plus we were beachfront in a great location and oh the sunrise!!

A bowl came out of the cupboard with dried food on it. I would not use the cookie sheet. They all looked like they were boat a garage sale. No screen on sliding door! Couldn’t enjoy any fresh air!

The elevator was nice, but we often just use the steps for the exercise. The condo was nice in that it could sleep up to five people. The kitchen was well equipped, and the furniture was fine. The balcony was nice. It may be could’ve used a little bit more updated furniture and a little bit more comfortable, but we used it a lot. The bathroom was fine. It could’ve used a little bit of cosmetic maintenance. The bedroom was great. It had ample stories for two people. I’m not crazy about the air conditioning unit they were really loud and we ended up just running the one in the living room at night because of the noise but the temperature was fine. We were right across from the laundry room on third floor, which was very convenient and I didn’t notice any noise from that all in all a very good place to stay.

A Moldy Vacation

Reviewer Comments: My name is Lindsey, and my husband and I just returned from a week long stay (Aug. 13-20) at Ocean Dunes in Unit 312.Upon arriving to the unit everything looked to be satisfactory. Our late check in process was well detailed and accommodating which we greatly appreciated. The view from the condo to the beach was also perfect.However, there were a few problems with the unit. The unit was pretty dirty and really truly lacked a deep clean.The main dilemma that we faced this week was that the unit was covered in black mold. The restroom and shower were completely unacceptable. The mold was everywhere and the shower curtain/liner/hooks were moldy and rusty. There was also a great deal of mold in the A/C units which has caused some illness in our small family. I am still recovering from the mold illness that I got while we were occupying ocean dunes..The unit is unsafe to occupy for the safety and health of guests. While the unit had been remodeled, I would have preferred to have stayed in an older unit that was cleaner and without mold.I would greatly consider taking this unit off of the market until the mold issues can be remedied. The price of the condominium for the week is high and should more than cover the cost of mold removal. In my professional opinion, I would be embarrassed to rent a unit covered in mold.I took a few photos to share if needed. Please e-mail me to see those.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 312 was just ok, but lacked tlc. There was mold on the shower curtain and the tub. There was dust on everything. You could write your name in the dust on the lamps. Under the couch and bed needed vacuuming. The refrigerator and the stove had visible rust. This unit had been "remodeled" on the surface. Noisy location, elevator and laundry right outside the bedroom window.
