Ubicado en la comunidad privada de Ocean Isle Beach, 9 Coggeshall puede alojar cómodamente a 16 personas con 6 habitaciones grandes y 6 baños. Los 2 dormitorios principales ofrecen camas grandes de tamaño king, techos artesonados, vistas frontales al mar y sus propias duchas de azulejos personalizados. Todas las habitaciones están elegantemente decoradas, tienen televisores de pantalla plana montados en la pared con cable de alta definición y baño privado.

This is a beautiful home. Located toward the end of the island in a gated community. All of the furnishings were very nice and there was nothing we needed that we didn’t have. The walk to the beach right down the walkway was perfect. We plan to return again.

Our vacation at this location was better that we expected. You can't ask for more than that. I would recommend it to anyone wanting the ultimate in a beach vacation.

OIB Days was superb!

We loved the convenience of being ocean front and with the walkway right to the beach. Home is beautifully furnished and we had plenty of room for everyone. Would have liked to have trash bags and bath soap included and possibly bare necessities like salt and pepper. Our son-in-law noticed when going outside to look at the dryer vent that there may be a bird’s nest in it.

Great Space, Great Stay, Great Location and just fun

This place is fantastic. We had 12 of us and it was great. The kitchen and family room are perfect for large groups. The view and beach access is great. Outside grill areas works out perfectly next to the pool. Of course the kids paid attention how to properly use the elevator so we had no issues. If I had to dig for an opportunity of improvement I would just say that the place needs a little updating with carpet and furniture. And the main room surround system needs to be fixed. However, we will definitely book again next year and beyond.

Great Location, Great House

The house is at the end of the beach that is accessible to the public, the rest of the island is gated so the area is less crowded than other parts of western Ocean Isle. It is baby friendly. Access to the pool is for people over four feet high (a guess) because of the way the locks work. A pack-and-play, crib and high chair were available. The only negative was that there is not enough counter space in two of the six bathrooms and there is not enough towel racks.. Also, Ocean Isle only allows unbrellas and Shibumis on the beach. That is a bummer especially when there is no wind to keep the Shibumi up! That needs to be addressed!!!!!! But the house is great and we would go again.

Wonderful house in a perfect location!

We loved our week at OIB Days! The house was large enough for our 8 adults & 7 children. The children very much enjoyed the second living space downstairs. The beds were very comfortable & the bathrooms very nice. And, wow, everyone enjoyed the well stocked kitchen upstairs. It was a pleasure to cook in. In fact, the whole upstairs area was great. It was capped off by a gorgeous view of the ocean. We loved the deck & ate quite a few of our meals out there. The children had a great time in the pool. We made use of the extra beach supplies at the house when we went to the beautiful beach every day as we were blessed with gorgeous not too humid weather. Great location as everyone enjoyed walking to the end of the island numerous times. The runners in our family were very happy with the location, also. Lastly, the property manager was very responsive to our one request. He was a pleasure. We hope to be back. We can only do this every two years, but everyone agreed this was the best house we’d stayed in by far.

Great location! Great house!

Location was great = on the beach (and with pool). This house was everything we needed. Large kitchen/living are for gathering. Also porch deck overlooking ocean was amazing anytime if day or night. House was clean and modern. Loved everything about this house. Would definitely recommend. Only con was the kitchen faucette leaked.

Beautiful getaway!

Great Beach Getaway

This is a really great beach house. It's a fantastic location with a well furnished, comfortable, and premium interior. The ice machine in the kitchen is a great touch making the packing of a cooler a simple task. We had a big crew ranging from young children to their grandparents and everyone had a great time. If the sleeping arrangements work for your group, you won't find a better spot.

Lovely house, lovely view, lovely beach

All of the nice pictures don't completely convey how fabulous this house is.. The kitchen is equipped well enough we had no problems cooking our meals all week.. the grill and bar by the pool are a great feature I will likely use more when I come back. The outdoor showers are perfect for rinsing off and the beach is perfect for sandcastles, kites, and swimming..

We loved this home. It met all of our needs. An extra refrigerator was the only other thing we could have used. Home owner was very kind snd helpful. Home is decorated beautifully. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Get Away at Hidden Gem

We are frequent vacationers to South Carolina barrier islands. Little did we know about the quant beach town of Ocean Isle. Ocean Isle is a great blend of the rustic feel from the outer banks of NC and the refinement of Hilton Head. There is plenty to do if you want to do things or you can just enjoy a fantastic view and long wide beaches. The house was impeccably maintained and appointed and perfect for two families of five each. We could have easily accommodated five more. We were there in April but I am curious as to how crowded the beaches might be in the summer due to the large number of condos on the beach.

I have never used VRBO and did not have a good experience. I am hoping it was just a glitch in communication and will not happen next time. We rented place and they took card number and we thought we were set. Then we were told owner had 24 hours to approve. After waiting 22 hours I wanted to know what was going on and tried to call them. I found several numbers online for them and called them all many times. Kept getting, We cannot connect your call right now. Hang up and call back later. Found a chat room sight and tried that. Guy gave me same numbers I already had. Then asked if I had another phone, which I do not . Then in the middle of me texting a response he texted, " just try calling back later" and left the chat room. I had to go to airport and get my son, so time ran out for owner to approve on the way to pick him up. The property went back on the market. Luckily, Chris Powell, the owner, emailed me and said he had been trying to approve rental but he was getting the same message to hang up and call back later. It worked out but was very stressful. Hope it will be easier next time.

The nearby property contact personnel was excellent - (Shay. ). She was very helpful. The House was clean except worn & heavily stained main floor Master BR . Kitchen could use more / better cooking / baking equipment. But we “made-do “.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! The property and home was absolutely beautiful and location couldn’t be more perfect. The property manager was extremely nice and provided us with all the resources needed to feel comfortable and informed on both the property itself and places to visit in the island. Ocean front location provided easy access to the beach and breathtaking views. The layout of the home was perfect for multiple families and children of all ages. Wonderful stay!! (Only feedback to property manager is to address Awful flies outside and large bugs at night. Outdoor bbq area including fridge, surfaces and bbq needs thorough cleaning and Professional treatment for flies/bugs. We ended up relocating inside for meals on multiple occasions. Property could use more refrigerator space inside as well.)
