¡Chateau by the Sea 205 es propiedad orgullosa de 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', el propietario más grande de alquileres de vacaciones premium frente al mar en la Costa Espacial!

¡La Unidad 205 está justo al lado del famoso muelle de Cocoa Beach! ¡La ubicación simplemente no puede ser mejor! El muelle es ideal para personas de todas las edades. Ya sea que esté buscando pescar, jugar voleibol de playa o disfrutar de una buena cena, bebidas y música en vivo, hay algo para todos. ¿Trayendo niños? Puede visitar la sala de juegos o la heladería durante el día y disfrutar de una cena romántica por la noche. También está a solo unos minutos de la famosa tienda de surf Ron Jon's Surf, que es una de las principales atracciones locales.

Chateau By The Sea es uno de los pocos edificios con una piscina climatizada frente al mar para que pueda nadar y disfrutar de una excelente vista del muelle y el océano. Además, hay una cubierta de techo de 360 grados que es perfecta para ver lanzamientos de transbordadores, puestas de sol o simplemente tomar el sol. El balcón es excelente dada su exposición sur, que ofrece la mayor cantidad de luz solar. Hay grandes puertas corredizas de vidrio en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal, que se abren a balcones separados. Esta unidad viene con todo lo que necesitaría en sus vacaciones, como Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, juguetes y accesorios de playa, ropa de cama, toallas, una cocina completa, lavadora / secadora en la unidad y mucho más. Puede dormir cómodamente 4 personas con una cama king en el dormitorio principal, dos gemelos en el dormitorio de invitados.

Si tiene que cancelar su reserva y nos notifica al menos 30 días antes del check in o antes, no le cobraremos la segunda mitad del pago. Great place to stay, right on the beach

The property was clean and comfortable. Beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler were provided. Everything worked great. It was nice having a kitchen and washer/dryer. It was great to stay right on the beach and close to the pier. Would definitely stay again.

Property owner friendly and helpful. Location to the beach was great! Check in was wonderful, just show up! Had everything my family needed, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, even beach towels. Very clean, and I hope to go back soon!

Amazing Place to Stay

Perfect location. Condo was very clean and has everything you need. The beds are extremely comfortable, best sleep I've had on vacation. Rooms are quiet as well. Rocket launches from the view on the roof top was awesome! This is definitely my new place to stay! We visit at least once a year and are very happy to have found this place!

Absolutely wonderful...highly recommend!

Our 4 day stay at Chateau by the Sea 205 was simply incredible. When we arrived the room was clean and cool. We enjoyed the great location near the pier, had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool, and had everything we needed in our room! Hope to be back!!!

Wonderful close to the pier

This is our second time staying at the chateau by the sea. As always it was a nice stay and our host Drew was very caring and in touch in case we needed something. This unit had a direct ocean view which was a added bang for our buck. We loved watching the waves from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay and recommend renting from this host.

Great holiday stay

2d time at Chateau and it continues to impress. The unit was somewhat worn but it was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. Teens loved the boogie boards; I appreciated the beach chairs. Very convenient location, easy checkin/out and responsive management. We’ll be back!

Excellent location

Location was superb, enjoyed the pool and access to the beach. There were some random hairs (one in between sheets of a twin bed, one on the wall of the master bathroom) upon arrival, and a random sock under a bed from a previous guest. Would recommend following up with the cleaning crew.

Great Location

We loved the location of the Chateau by the Sea. Our condo was nice. It is just as described and there is a nice side view of the ocean. Rooftop is beautiful at night but hot during the day. Beds comfortable. Pool was nice and refreshing. We had great communication and response from management when we ran into some issues with seeing a palmetto bug in the kitchen. They came and sprayed and set traps. In talking to other residents they also had them in their place. They are common in Florida but some resorts and homes seem to be able to manage them better. Will hope they continue to be more preventative rather than treat when aware of it. But it was a nice stay and we would give it another try in the future.

Needs a handyman

The view on the picture is misleading. We would sit on the porch and stare at a palm tree. Couldn’t see the ocean at all. The floors were peeling up and sharp edges stuck up. A door handle fell off a cabinet in the bathroom. The dryer door kept hitting me in the head when trying to do laundry and the door to closet needs fixing. Water pressure low. Very close to five star but it’s starting to fall apart.

Great place to stay in Cocoa Beach

Very nice two bedroom two bath condo right on the beach in Cocoa Beach. Clean and comfortable. It's an older building but nicely updated. Awesome heated pool. Extra amenities for this unit were two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and two boogie boards.

Nice stay on the Fourth of July

Location was great, the rooftop was great for viewing the fireworks and the rocket launch. The only negative was that there was hair in the towels on the bathroom sink along with in the shower.

Fantastic building, wonderful view, great set-up

Overall the property was phenomenal! It was spacious enough for 2 and a large dog, and we loved the size of the kitchen, having two patios, and the ease of beach and pool access. The roof is an amazingly nice addition, with the best views in the city for sunrise or sunset. We'll definitely be back!

Comfortable & Great Location

Property was as described. Worked very well for our family of 4. Kitchen had most things needed to not have to buy too much at the store to accommodate. Nice pool on property and convenient walk to the beach and Cocoa Beach pier. Extremely happy with everything and would stay here again!

Family trip to the beach

The condo was very nicely furnished, with beach buggy boards, chairs and sun umbrella. The location was great with a very short walk from the property directly to the beach. Make sure you enjoy the great view from the roof top deck. Great place with lots to do. Highly recommend the condo on Cocoa Beach!

Great family vacation

We stayed for a week for a birthday celebration for my parents, the location was great with the access to the pier and beach. We loved the pelican restaurant on the pier so much we ate there twice, it was nice to not have to drive. Short distance to stores or anything you may need. Would certainly recommend, great value for the price.

My daughter and granddaughter loved our stay last week. Everything was very clean and we had no trouble finding what we needed. Drew took care of us immensely when we called on a small issue. Close to everything in beach area. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great pace to stay.

Great location

The location was great. The top level observation deck was fantastic. The condo was super clean. The condo was in need of some TLC. Sliding doors did not lock, chunks of flooring missing, large burners on stove did not work, window treatments broken, WiFi did not work ( had to use another condo’s code). All were minor and not a big problem The condo just needed some Attention.
