It was the perfect house! Close to the Disney parks, shopping, food etc. The house was clean and easy to get in and out of. We love it.

Our stat was amazing and everything went smoothly and we were able to get in and relax from a long drive. Maria was awesome in assisting us w check in and through out our stay. The house was very spacious and comfortable and made our stay just perfect. Thank you so much Maria.

Place was all it said it was. Close to all the attractions. 2 minutes from major retail stores for all your needs. The private pool was the best part of the home. Our granddaughter learn how to swim. The waterpark included in our stay was a special bonus. Great Food at the poolside restaurant. Will definitely return to this home again.

Place was beautiful and clean. The host reached out to ask how our stay was going, if we needed anything often, communication was great! Pool was clean. A beautiful place to stay outside of Orlando and close enough to park and convention center. If we ever go back this is where we will definitely stay again.

Great property! Location was perfect for where we needed to be. Close to Disney, shopping, and restaurants. House was clean and very homey feeling. We would definitly stay here our next visit.

Brilliant spacious villa. The pool was very warm when heated (35/2 days). We had everything we needed for our 10 day stay and the BBQ was great to feed the family. Communication with the host was second to non, with very prompt replies to all messages. I would recommend this villa.

Excellent location to local markets and restaurants. Gated community provided added security. The townhome was nicely sized and the pool was refreshing however, many interior updates are needed!

The house was very nice. The customer service was amazing! They were very prompt in answering any questions or addressing any issues. Very nice place to stay and I would definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable place for the 7 people (4 groups) we had. Great to have 4 bedrooms/3 full baths. Two master bedrooms were quite large. Host was very responsive. Nice to have personal and community pool. Community pool had a food counter and bar (for purchase).

The host answered every email promptly, the house was beautiful! I loved having a master bedroom downstairs and the rest of the rooms upstairs. I wish I had used the pool but we were so busy!

The ac went out first night, it was 68 outside so wasn’t a huge deal, but property management had it fixed by 9 am. Great job and very communicative

We had a great stay! Having four rooms and three showers made it very comfortable for our group. The private pool in the back was a fantastic bonus to enjoy between our weekend adventures. The kids also loved the common area pool and lazy river — perfect for some family fun.The only minor downside was the lack of coffee filters and having just one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For stays longer than two days, it would be helpful to have a few extra rolls and basic coffee supplies provided.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely book again!

I think the location and place was great but was disappointed in the amenities. They only gave two trash bags for what was a five nights day. There was no extra toilet paper or paper towels. No filters for the coffee maker and no hand soap at any of the sinks. I was annoyed that I had to go out and buy those items for our stay.

The location of this property is excellent - close to everything our family needed for a wonderful holiday. The house itself is very nice, clean, and situated in a peaceful, quiet area.However, there were a couple of concerns with the booking process and communication:1.I was pressured to make full payment much earlier than what was stated in the VRBO confirmation email and well before the cancellation deadline, which created unnecessary stress.2.While I was charged immediately for additional services (like gas for the BBQ), the gas was not actually checked and provided. It was provided after requesting again.The property itself met our expectations, but the host’s communication and adherence to stated terms could definitely be improved to ensure they align with VRBO’s policies and what guests are told to expect.Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay due to the excellent location and quality of the accommodation.

The house was plenty spacious, location wasn't terribly off the path or too far away from places we wanted to visit. There is a grocery store and fast food restaurants very close. I never got to see the amenities as they have to be driven to, they were not on the same property as the condo I stayed in. If the weather would have been warmer and we were not attending the parks, that would have been a big problem for us with kids.Bed was very hard in at least one of the rooms. There is a washer and dryer. There were limited towels enough for each person. So if you're staying a longer period of time, expect to wash towels.Communication was quick. For the most part answers to my questions were clear, but I was never given a phone number to actually reach anyone. Everything had to go through a chat/messenger system. I had asked for a phone number and I never received a response to that question that was a bit frustrating for me. A lot of back-and-forth to get questions answered. I am still not sure if I was actually communicating with someone or a bot.There was only one toilet paper roll in each bathroom, one paper towel roll, and no coffee filters. Which I had noticed on other reviews and did clarify before getting there.Great if you're in a pinch or budgeting.
