This unit has a maximum occupancy of eight (8) people. This home has multiple staircases, including the exterior staircase to the front door and between floors inside the home. This may not be suitable for all groups so please ensure you are comfortable with this, before booking. Please note, there is a camera in the garage of this home. This unit does not include access to the ground floor patio.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS.
