Escapes to the Shores unit 304:Crashing waves, sunsets, and gulf breezes are ready to be enjoyed on your private 3rd floor balcony, overlooking the gulf. One of the most spacious condos on the beach, includes large bedrooms, bathrooms, and a roomy kitchen/dining/living area. Recently updated and equipped for your vacation needs. Located within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment, but accommodates your culinary skills with community stainless grills on the patio with gazebo for meals at home. Amenities include fitness area, hot tub, steam sauna, ice machine, and indoor and outdoor pools.

Kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops, tile floors, and a large snack bar.

Unit has 2 spacious tiled master bathrooms with walk-in showers and jetted tubs. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and televisions.

Unit is professionally cleaned and all linens are laundered between every visit.

Maintenance is conveniently located onsite.

Parking passes on purchased at the 3rd floor lobby from Escapes! To the Shores. Passes are good for the entire stay. Price of passes is currently $50.

The property was clean and ready for us when we got there. Beach access was convenient. Jami was quick to respond and very helpful with places to eat! Would definitely stay there again!

This was a great condo. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Loved it being on the third floor. Easy access to parking. Will definitely stay here again.

Host was easy to communicate with, beautiful condo, well decorated, start up supplies were very sufficient, The balcony furniture wasn’t very comfortable, only 3 chairs and there were 4 of us. The host was quick to bring up another chair from the pool. Chairs would have been more comfortable with cushions. Great location…….beautiful views from the balcony !!

Our family of six had a wonderful time ! This condo was spacious and so clean. It was also fully stocked with toiletries and linens. We would definitely recommend !

We absolutely loved our girls trip to Orange Beach. It was beautiful and comfortable. Communication with our host was excellent. She made sure to send the information several different ways so we had everything we needed. The unit was very clean and the patio area was nice to relax on. The kitchen had all we needed and the dining area was nice to eat together. The living area and sofas were big and a perfect place to watch our football games! The pools and hot tub was clean and we loved the infinity pool. We got to see some dolphins from our balcony. Also-We got to the area earlier than the 4:00pm check in time (12pm to be exact) and the host let us check in early. I will absolutely be staying here again and recommending this to friends and family!

The unit was very nice building seemed clean, my only disappointment was thebeach, accustomed to staying where the sand was original and had nothad sand brought in and area so flat.

Great hosts and communication! Easy arrival & departure. No negative surprises, better than described. Enjoyed our stay immensely and will go back. Clean, immaculate!! Wonderful!

This was the best beach-front rental we’ve ever had. Communications, the condo layout, the size, and the furnishings were all great. It all helped make the week so enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the parking garage allowed us to keep the car in the shade. Would definitely recommend.

Had an awesome stay and time at Escapes. This was our second time staying in this building, just a different condo. Everything was in order and ao far this is the nicest one we've stayed at. We only had 1 minor issue toward the end of our stay and the host had someone there to fix it not even 30 minutes after I let him know about it. Definitley recommend this host and have already booked another trip through him for next year.

Perfect

Everything about this stay was perfect. The host responded to any questions I had immediately. Beach is easily accessible. I’m 100% sure this is where my kids will want to visit from now on and I wouldn’t book anywhere but here. We loved everything about it. It’s clean, spacious, felt like home. Loved that I could watch the kids in the pool from our balcony. We just love it.

The condo was excellent and provided all the amenities we needed for a great stay. One of the great surprises was the view from the master bedroom. Opening the shades of the master bedroom revealed an absolutely gorgeous view of the Gulf. My wife enjoyed having her first cup of coffee while viewing the waves roll in. The view from the balcony was equally stunning. The location made it easy to journey to Gulf Shores and Foley for eating or shopping. And the Florida border was approximately 8 miles. The Escapes to the Shore building was well maintained and the office staff was very helpful and friendly. Kudos to Jami, the rental agent, for making our stay very enjoyable.
