The condo is located with in walking distance to Doc's Seafood, Ruby Slipper Cafe, and Beachside Mini Golf. Wal Mart, Publix, Dollar General, souvenir shops, drug stores, ice cream shop, bike rental and various restaurants are located a little over a mile away. Note-Escapes to the Shores allows 3 parking passes per unit. Parking passes are $40 each and may be purchased at the front desk.

-Check in is 4:00pm.
-Check out is 10:00am.
-Pets are NOT allowed.
-Parking passes are $40 each and can be purchased at the front desk. Limit 2 parking passes.
-NO smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
-Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the unit. Valid ID will be required.
-Guests must let the owner know the ages of each guest in there party and where they are traveling from when requesting to book.
-NO Parties or loud gatherings will be tolerated. This is a family oriented complex. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.
