This newly renovated Mexican-style vacation home is ideal for a small family or group of four (and the four-legged!) looking for a getaway with privacy and tranquility. You’ll be inside the lush gated community of Lol-Tun, surrounded by tropical foliage. It is just 15 minutes north of Playa del Carmen and offers outstanding amenities for your escape to the Riviera Maya, Mexico. As you enter the bright and airy bi-level home, you’ll see the TV living room area with a comfortable couch and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments together. Next to it is the dining and kitchen area. There is a table for four plus a breakfast bar at the kitchen counter with two bar stools. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances like a stove and a microwave, as well as the essentials needed to prepare a basic meal at home, plus extras like a coffee maker and toaster. When you’re not dining, the table makes a comfy laptop workspace if needed. When time to retire, there are two cozy bedrooms with plush king-sized beds, a ceiling fan, ample closet space, and access to the patio and backyard through sliding glass doors. The bathroom is wonderfully modern, with a spacious stand-in shower and rainfall showerhead. Outside is where all the fun will happen! There’s a private pool when you need a refreshing dip, enjoy dining on the shaded patio, indulge in a hammock nap, have a cookout on the grill in the outdoor kitchen area and make pizzas in the stone oven, perhaps the kids or your pet can run and play in the yard. There are plenty of things to do at home when you’re not out exploring! Take advantage of this fantastic stay with everything for a fun time built right in! You’ll have full and exclusive access to the home and yard. This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. The code will be sent before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message. Inside the gated Lol-Tun residential area, just off the beaten path, about 15 minutes north of Playa del Carmen and the famous 5th Avenue. You’ll be a 6-minute drive from Xcalacoco Beach and the several beach clubs there, like Petit Lafitte, MVNGATA, and Xcalacoco Beach Club & Spa. About 2km down the Xcalacoco beach is a nice massage place, OM Massage. There are also lots of beach clubs and rooftop pools in Playa, and the Riviera Maya is a great place for water activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, paddle boarding, boating/fishing tours, and fabulous eco-parks with underground rivers and cenotes (natural sinkholes unique to this area!). The condo is about 57 km | 36 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange airport transportation. Please let us know if you need any assistance. If you consume more daily, you will be charged the extra kW consumption at 4 MXN (pesos) per kW. - No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are allowed. Please inform us at booking if traveling with your pet. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. - No unregistered guests will be permitted on the property without written permission from the property management/owner. - Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
